I bought 2 heaters from them and emailed for months to get returned and refunded but they never get back to me and when I spoke to someone on live chat I just got ignored with no conformation of pick up nor refund will now have to let trade and standards sort this out total disgraceful

Great service, kept in contact when the product when the product went on back order. Hand a new kitchen fitted last year and the heater I ordered was the finishing touch. This product was the 3rd heater I had purchased and the previous 2 heaters I would not heat the kitchen properly, but this heater was easy to set up on the app and heats the kitchen really well.

Item as described, easy to assemble. Works well, our kitchen is very warm and cosy now.

I've used a small bioethanol fire feature for many years, as an occasional evening cosy treat for an hour or two. They are brilliant and really do heat a room well.
I was excited to get this stove. it is beautiful and sturdy. My criticism is that you need to fully fill the large chamber to be able to light it, which would be hours worth of fuel. After extinguishing the fire, which is easy and safe to do, I found that you cannot re-light it another day without filling it up again, regardless of how much stored fuel there must be left. So, I'm using my old easy to access chamber instead in the stove. It's lovely, but am disappointed with this hitch.

We absolutely love our new biofuel stove. So easy to install and operate. Great amount of heat and looks perfect. We are currently researching the most cost effective source for the biofuel.
