I was worried about ordering a fireplace on line without actually having seen it. I had great email chat with a young lady and she even asked me to send photos of the furniture I was trying to match. I was also worried about measuring for the right size but again I had great help with this. The fireplace arrived and I was totally delighted with it. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Easy to use website, I found just what I was looking for at a competitive price. Communication was good. Mantle arrived on time and was packed well. It exceeded my expectations and was easy to fit, though we didn't use the fixing kit that was supplied at extra cost. Overall I'm very pleased with my purchase and would definitely recommend this company.

Excellent service and advice from Tilly, and it was ready to be delivered within just a week. Very pleased with the whole thing and I consider good value considering the solid oak quality of the fireplace itself.
Only problem were the magnets (needed to fix the outer frame to the fire) were missing from the box but they forwarded on a spare set straight away.
Recommended.

I ordered a bespoke fireplace and I was extremely impressed with the service, providing me with detailed drawings. When I provided Tilly the incorrect measurement at one point she contacted me in relation to this and was extremely professional.

Very easy purchase leadtimes much shorter than advertised (ordered Thursday delivered Monday, mainly I think as they were delivering in our area already) fireplace as described very happy with it. I wasn’t sure on the advised fixing method but I was proved wrong and they work great.
