Do not purchase from Finishline! They pass off dirty and used shoes as new and delay refunds
I will never purchase from this company again. I placed an online order back in February. When I opened the box, there were a pair of shoes with a huge dirt spot on the top of one shoe. I checked the soles and sure enough, they were dirty. I spent almost $200 on a pair of dirty shoes. Needless to say, I returned them. A couple days later, I received an email confirmation that they received the shoes and were initiating a refund that could take 5-7 business days. Well, 11 business days go by and no refund. I called and spoke to someone who confirmed that they received the return and that she couldn’t figure out why a refund wasn’t initiated. She said she sent an email directly to the department that handles refunds and that I should receive my refund in 24 hours. 3 days go by. Still no refund. I tried calling again and was on hold for 40 minutes so I doesn’t to email instead. Received an email response that was generic and said it takes 3-5 business days with no apology in regards to sending dirty shoes. I emailed again, once again a generic email that stated I just requested a refund on 3/8 (which was actually e/7) and the refund takes 3-5 business days. What happened to the email confirmation back on 2/21 that stating a refund was being initiated? It has know been 15 business days…still no refund. Still no apology for the delay in the refund, Still no apology for sending used and dirty shoes. Still sending generic responses and now turning the blame in me and saying I just requested a refund. Horrible customer service. Horrible product quality.
Finish Line Sucks
Poor poor poor, This is why I stopped buying from finish line in the past. Tried to get in on early access but yet again no dice. Go to my rewards and it says get access so when I click on it it won't do s__t. So tired of trying to get a release. Fix your site so that its fair for everybody just like the app says. Doesn't say anything about receiving an email just says click here to get access why even put that button on there if its not going to work. Sincerly Terrible Experience..........

Never will I ever spend money with finish line again. I have so many points for status n can never use them on the days to reserve. Their always making excuses like, “oh the reservations went out a day early then it supposed to, it was a glitch in our system.” WTH and I been waiting on this item and you guys are acting like it’s my fault or something. Smh the most noble thing to do was take the reservations from the day before when the glitch happened, discard all of those and then make ppl do it on the day it was supposed to. I WILL NEVER EVER DEAL WITH FINISH LINE AGAIN!!! I’m too loyal and spend too much money with the company to be treated in a unfairly way over and over again. Finish line count your days baby 😒🙄

NEVER buying anything from finish line again. Ordered a pair of shoes for my son for Christmas on 12/19/2021. I got an email a couple days later saying they canceled my order and that I would get my refund within 3-5 business days.. it is now MARCH 2nd, 2022 and STILL NOTHING! Everytime I call customer service they keep telling me “it’ll be refunded in 3-5 business days” it’s been almost 3 months and still nothing!! They don’t even deserve 1 star.

One shoe drop crashes the whole app and website. Finish line is huge company and in all these years of business still cant handle the traffic . Release day not even worth trying. Have exclusive access good luck once again trying to get in app to claim.

Ordered a pair of 150.00 sneakers when I received the item there was only 1 shoe in the box..I sent the item back on December 11,2021 and they canceled my order stating its no longer available...still have not received my refund and everytime I call about it they give me a different day the refund was put in and tell me within 3-5 business days...this company is the worst company I have ever purchased from and I suggest buying elsewhere..

Ordering from their website is a NIGHTMARE. I ordered a jacket and it was "processing" for a week. After 1 call to support, they changed the ticket to get a different fulfillment person. After 2 days they then cancelled my order because they "couldn't find the product". The website and app both say it's in stock. The app even let me order it again. They should work on not letting people buy stuff that they don't have. I gave 2 stars because the customer service in the stores are great and the product I ordered in the store (same day I ordered online) was received in a couple days.
EDIT: After they cancelled my order, I purchased the jacket through their app (instead of their website) and it shipped within 3 days without any headaches (got it in about a week or so). They either only care about their rewards members, or they're extremely unorganized and getting anything from them is pure luck.

They don’t even deserve one star. I ordered 2 sweatshirts for my son before Christmas and even paid extra to guarantee it gets to me before. However, I received one shirt and when I checked my order it, it said the other one was canceled. No email or anything telling me it was canceled. When I checked their website, it showed they have the same shirt in stock and his size. I then called customer service, waited online for over 20 minutes, for the lady to tell me she wasn’t sure why that had been canceled and would reorder it for me. Plus, I had to pay for shipping, AGAIN! By this time, Christmas had passed and my son wasn’t able to get his gift. When we FINALLY got the order, it was an Adult XL and not the Youth XL I had originally ordered. Again, I had to call them and it said the wait time was 30 minutes so I decided to do the chat. The lady said to send the shirt back and once they got it, they would sent the right one out. Guess what? I just received an email that said my order was canceled, AGAIN! After checking my bank account and realizing they didn’t refund my money, I had to call the. I was on hold for 24 minutes before the lady came on the line. After waiting while she “pulled up my account@ for the second time, she said thee was an error with their system, AGAIN, and would get it shipped out. When I told her they should overnight it to me because of all of the trouble, she mumbled something I couldn’t understand and hung up as I was trying to ask her a question. Not only didn’t she answer my question, she flipping hung up on me. I was so livid! I’m so done with this company and will NEVER order from there again. EVER!!!! Horrible customer service, wait times are ridiculous and they clearly need to get their system fixed. It’s pretty sad you can’t talk to someone higher up to report these issues.

I ordered sneakers on Dec.11th, they were a Christmas gift, According to their automated customer service it was shipped on Dec.15. Never got confirmation email. UPS could only tell me the label was created. Customer service finally told me it was lost in transit and now the product was out of stock, but they took my money and never notified me about the lost package. I had to call to get answers and make sure they credit me.

Online order lost
My order was placed on 12/10/21. I waited on hold today for a total of 2 and a half hours to finally understand that my order was lost and of course now my item is out of stock. The customer care line was not worried about any inconvenience or anything. Needless to say my niece won’t be getting her shoes for Christmas and I have to wait 3-5 days for a refund. Won’t be ordering anything online with this company.

Received the wrong size so I returned it they said they had the right size in stock and would send it in 2 days, 9 days later with no update on my order I contact customer support 4 days in a row with no help or clear answer where my order is I had proof of delivery from ups that my order had returned to them 4 days prior then finally the 4th day trying to contact them and figure out my return they tell me my order is now out of stock😂 what a joke of a customer support and business!

Horrible experience. Tis the season for orders to arrive messed up . I order 2 pair of Minnetonka slippers for my aunt who is pretty much wheel chair confine so keep her feel warm is a must . I was pretty reluctant to order because there has been many times my orders have been messed up so I haven’t ordered in over 3 years .My Aunt wanted these so bad so I took a chance only to have my time wasted . The first pair arrived quick however were the wrong shoe . I called customer service was offered a $20 code , plus a replacement was supposedly ordered however I had to send the wrong pair back , that I understood even though I had to take off work to reach a UPS in time . Still no replacement has arrived . Finish line should be able to see that I’ve sent the wrong pair I received back . UPS does have tracking numbers!! Now on to my second pair I just knew they would get this one right . Omg they arrived dirty . I called was offered another $20 code but would have to send them back . We trashed them . I am not about to use unpaid time to return some dirty shoes !! Contacted customer care about the replacement of the first pair and said I see it was reorders but we have not received the wrong ones mind you back yet . Really finish line. I went on facebook messenger to try to reach someone and I got a simply sorry !!!. We are so done with finish line . Please train the whoever ships out the item to consider asking themselves first how would they feel after years of messed service . 2 $20 pairs of shoes aren’t a big deal to me however they are to my aunt . Never again

we ordered the shoes for my kids and it took 2 months for them to get to us so much that we had forgotten about it. When they got to the house they didn't fit the kids anymore they sat in their closets and we decided to go to the store and not even return them we just wanted to exchange them for the kids. The store manager at palisades didn't offer any help but just told us to call customer service because their return policy is 45 days, I looked at her and told her it took longer than 45 days for us to receive the shoes, I just want to exchanged them to something that would fit them. Nothing, she didn't care at all. Called customer service they couldn't even find my order even thought I still have the receipt for it, they told me I could try sending it back to them but that they can't promise that they would take it. I don't get it, how are you suppose to be " customer first store" if you can't managed to do an exchange for a customer who buys shoes from you all the time. I'm over all disappointed with everything. Will never go back to this store. It's just sad

Horrible experience with Finish lines online services. Would highly recommend not to order from. I had ordered shoes in January after 3 weeks when my shoes hadn't yet arrived I inquired what the matter was. They said there had been an issue and that they would be sending them again. Another month went by and still no shoes. At this point I was getting frustrated and emailed and called to see what was going on they assured me that I would be getting my shoes within the next 3 business days. However when that didn't happen I had had enough and asked them to just give me a full refund since I was fed up with the situation. I was told I would receive my money back within 6-7 business days. So I was content. Until about 3 weeks later when I checked and no money was in my bank account. I had to call 2 more times with the same result. Finally, I threatened to involve the police and even talked to a higher-up member yet after 4 months of ordering a product from this service I had neither received my money back nor had I received any shoes. it wasn't until I involved my bank and they sent in a claim for my money that I finally received a refund. Now I will never buy anything from finishline again that's for sure.
I was ignored by every sales associate…
I was ignored by every sales associate for 15 minutes and when I looked in mirror I realized I was wearing my thin blue line hat. Did a little switch and gave my daughter the shoe to ask for a size, was helped right away. I went to register to pay and the cashier was standing right in front of me, no line, would not help me until I made a bit of loud response that Im waiting to pay. Will never patronize finish line again! Shame on you and all management!
