The worst customer service and no one helps when the customer has an issue. I do not recommend shopping with Shoe Palace.

MY 1ST AND LAST TIME EVER ORDERING/PURCHASHING ANYTHING FROM SHOE PALACE. THE SHOES LOOKED TO BE WORN. I REPACKED AND SHIPPED BACK FOR A COST OF OVER $30. AFTER 2 WKS OF NO COMMUNICATION AS TO IF THE PRODUCT HAD BERN RECEIVED, I CALLED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUM TO CONFIRM AND WAS INFORMED THEY HAD BRRN RECEIVED BUT NOT PROCESSED. I ORDERD USING THE AFTERPAY OPTION, THEREFORE MY ACCOUNT IS BEING DEBITED EVERY 2 WKS FOR PRODUCT THAT HAD BEEN RETURNED. WAITED ANOTHER WK TO REACH OUT TO THEM TO BE TOLD THE SAME EXACT VERBIAGE AND AT THIS TIME I HAVE USED THE OPTION TO PUSH BACK PYMT TO THIS FRANCHISE AN ADDITIONAL 2 WKS THROUGH AN AFTER PAY OPTION. THOSE 2 WKS HAVE COME AND GONE AS IF 04/6 AND I STILL HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING FROM SHOE PALACE. THEREFORE I HAVE TO CONTINUE MAKING PAYMENTS UNTIL THEY PROCESSING IS COMPLETE BUT IT WILL TSKE ANOTHER 4-6 WKS TO BE REFUNDED MY MONEY BACK. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!! SHOE PALACE YOU RECEIVED YOUR 1ST AND LAST DEALINGS WITH ME!!

I paid $270 for the stranger things foamposite..it comes in collectors box.. they shipped in in a plastic t shirt mailer.. and used cheapest shipping service.. box came crushed and took a week to get to me.. dont buy from them online

I wish I didn't have to give any stars because they don't deserve even a bit of one. DO NOT waste your money on a purchase from Shoe Palace. They will send you damaged shoes and then proceed to ignore any attempt at contacting them.

I would give them no stars. I had the worse experience with this ripoff store. I first want to say I did an online order flashing across the screen if says "free delivery for orders over $150" i was charged $18.95 flat fee anyway. Wjen I inquired about that I was told sales item doesn't apply. My total order was $288. OK moving forward i placed my order 3/8 allowed a week before I started tracking my shipment no movement but they stated allow 3-5 business days. 1st time I called into was told part of my order was being delivered from another location thats why its taken a bit longer give it another day and the shipment info should update. Okay cool another 3 days passed I called again I was told its being packed I'll received an update by the end of the day. Still nothing the 3rd time I called I asked for a refund because now we're 2wks in I'm tired of hearing the scripted lies refund me my money. I was told that they couldnt due to the order was prepared to ship once received I can proceed with the refund if wanted. That day I received a shipment conformation but it still didnt move. Here we is today 3/21 and I still haven't received my order that was placed on 3/8. I will never order from this place again. I should have learned my lesson when I ordered a hat online that was 19.99 but when I got it, it had 2 price tags on it that side 9.99 and a 50% off 4.99 tag. Customer service is horrible they dont give full details it shouldn't matter if you're purchasing sales items or not if your order exceeds 150 you should get free shipping else outline it on the website. If you are paying for shipment it shouldn't take 3wks to receive your sh!t.

This is a nightmare, I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from them and they took the money, then after sending this order they took the money again in the amount of $79, I don’t understand why, I haven’t ordered anything from them again, I really hope that they will return my money

Received half my order. 3 phone calls (no one answers the phone) and 4 emails went unresponsive. They also charge to return items if you can get them allow a return. Paid for things I didn't receive and unable to return items that should been exchanged. Not worth the gamble for a cheaper price.

This is the worse place to ever order shoes! These people had my shit sitting at the warehouse for over a week and never shipped them or never sent me an email! I called them and the supervisor was so dam rude! I got my money back and I will never ever order from them again! Do not order shit from these people!

Terrible company they have no idea how to make use of an online website they put up items they do not even have and will cancel your order and take the shipping fee even though they are so incompetent they never even sent it out to ship i have no idea how this place is still in business DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE ONLINE absolute scam and every terrible review you see if true they must pay people to write a good one because this company is a joke

Received used shoes product was either low quality or possibly counterfeit no shipping or no packing slope so you're supposed to be able to have that to return it. They tell you you need pre-approval to return something and then they don't answer their phone.I got stuck with being charged for $350 worth of merchandise. Only received part of it. some of the packages sit unopen because I'm so disgusted with the company

I placed an order on 1/23. Shoes arrived 2/12, including emails stating 2 pairs of shoes were sent in the shipment but I only received 1 pair. Their return policy was not available online. It took 5 days for them to respond to the emails inquiring how to return, at which point they stated that their policy is that returned shoes must be received 30 days AFTER PURCHASE (i.e., I had less than 5 days to get them back into their hands after receiving the information on how to return them - 10 days after receiving them). They used nearly the entire return period on shipping them out to me, since it took 3 weeks to get them (therefore missing the function I needed them for).

I placed an order on February 13th and tried to cancel it within 20 minutes. I contacted Shoe Palace five separate times — emails and inquiries were completely ignored. This has been the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had.

First, the representative told me there was “no cancellation” stated in the product description — which turned out to be wrong because he was looking at the wrong pair of shoes. Despite my timely cancellation request, they still processed and shipped the order. Then I was told the restocking fee would be waived, and now the shoes were supposed to arrive today… but they didn’t.

So after ignoring my cancellation request, they still shipped the item anyway. Extremely frustrating and disappointing experience! The customer service guy I spoke with on the phone ! Needs to be FIRED! What ever happened to customers are always right! In most cases!! JD sports needs to fix’s the asap! I will and everyone I know will no longer shop there!!!

The worst experience ever! you can't return online orders in store. They don't ever answer the customer service number given online. paid over $35 dollars to ship back and they still haven't issued refund from my returned received with required signature. Will be disputing with credit card company!

I am a U.S. Marine Corps Veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom 9/11! And a Special Operations Trainer and Marine Corps Martial Arts Program Instructor. I am a State of California Licensed Real Estate Professional Consultant. Unfortunately, on 01/03/2026 I suffered a family emergency. With out going into great detail... I was not able to work or generate any income for several weeks. On 01/22/2026 reached out to District Manger Ruben (via phone) at the Ventura Location. I let him know the situation Re. me having to return a beautiful pair of Jordans, my wife had given me for Christmas... due to the financial hardship, my family and I was facing at the time! Ruben & his Team of Jon, and Charlie did not hesitate to assist me Immediately! I walked into the Camarillo Location, Jon, was ready to address the situation ASAP! The transaction was Seamless and completed in a Timely Manner! In an era where exceptional one-to-one customer service excellence has virtually disappeared in today's relations. In my opinion, the level of service that Jon, Charlie & D.M. Ruben extended to me and my family was far beyond our expectations. The work that Jon, Charlie & D.M. Ruben did should be held up as an example for others to try to emulate. To say the very least... I am a Shoe Palace Customer for life! I am Extremely Satisfied!

I ordered two pairs of matching shoes and they sent a completely different random pair of shoes for one of them.

They asked for pictures to show what I received in order to process a refund and then when I sent them in they just never responded to the emails and completely ghosted me stealing the money and never delivering the actual product.

I sent 5 more emails and called constantly over the course of months and I couldn't get any customer support on the line after ever and now I'm just another victim of their theft and scam.

They had false advertising on their website. When I received the item, it was not at all like the description or picture, and when I called to get a refund the person argued with me, and finally said that I could return it for a full refund (without the restocking fee).But never sent a follow up email with the information on how to get a full refund, I do not trust them to refund any money, so I had to keep the item.

Do yourself a favor... stay away. They do not answer emails or customer service calls. I had to pay return shipping for a refund that I NEVER received.

Terrible sells fakes! They are untrustworthy and sell fake shoes. Then they don’t answer the phone ! Second time I’ve seen them scam somebody ! Torrance location has fake sneakers and ships fake shoes/items.
