Finishing Touches Group Arvostelua

All the team at Finishing Touches Group have been absolutely amazing from the very start of my enquires to the training and the support afterwards. Dawn, Tracey, Mariella spent endless conversations with me before I booked so I felt absolutely sure I had booked the correct course for me! I can only thank you all so much for this!
The training was exceptional and Mariella was the kindest most patient trainer, I had such a wonderful time and felt very well looked after! Nothing was too much trouble for anyone! The training was thorough and Mariella’s experience just shined through on so many levels!
I’m so thankful to each and everyone of you, Gemma thank you for your time with all my questions that you so thoroughly answered. Can’t wait for my next course.
If you’ve found Finishing Touches my advice would be don’t hesitate to booking with them, their training is on another level compared to other training academies I have been to before. Their kindness will empower you and bring out the best in you.

What a fantastic team! I have recently completed my areola tattooing training and I couldn't have asked for better support and guidance. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming I can't wait to get back to complete more courses!

Excellent service came the next day and beautifully presented

I have trained with finishing touches for a second time this year at their training venue in Manchester. A very pleasant experience, professional, friendly. I felt calm and comfortable throughout the whole day and have also had the backup from head office when i needed help with product orders.

I love finishing touches products and courses I’ve been with them since 2007, I’ll always order from them because of quality of products and customer service.

Just completed the SMP training course with Paul and Marz. Was a fantastic learning experience. These guys are top of their game. Added bonus that they also super friendly just made the whole training course perfect . All the girls in the office have been super supportive from the first interaction. Higher recommend to any looking for a first class training experience.

Spijt, de ellende is begonnen. Betaald maar retourneren onmogelijk.

Ordered some grips which turned out to be out of stock, was disappointed, however they then went out of their way to find me some & called to ask if I wanted them.

Mistakes happen & I feel that situation was dealt with very well.

Excellent service and sorted my issue out super quickly.

The support you receive from everyone is amazing and they are always at the end of the phone.

I originally trained with this company 16yrs ago & they have proved to be consistent in all their support.
Never once an issue with my stock availability, delivery times & machine parts. Well done & thank you 💯 customer service!

Such a thorough and informative scalp micropigmentation course where I left feeling fully confident to use my newly learnt skills on my own clients.

Very friendly and down to earth team who are there for you even after the course has finished, giving continued support and guidence.

Would recommend Finishing Touches Group to anyone looking to train in scalp micropigmentation to the highest level

I had the best day! I trained in Dermaplaning and Miso Glow with Mariella and I cannot express how much knowledge she had on the subject. Really easy to spend time with and great at explaining any questions that I had. The products were amazing and I cannot wait to book more training

Recently trained with Finishing Touches Group in hair loss treatments. The training was excellent, Emma was a great trainer, all questions answered, not rushed everything covered.
Would definitely use FTG again
