Finishing Touches Group Arvostelua

Professional, and well organised training experience. Support before and during the course was excellent. I can tell that the owner, trainers and management are passionate about the industry and continually exploring the latest developments and opportunities. I am glad to now be in the FTG network. I would highly recommend.

I couldn’t recommend Dawn highly enough. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly and was incredibly accommodating throughout. Her reassuring manner and clear expertise instantly put me at ease. Gemma was also fantastic, as was Emma, ensuring the entire transition went smoothly from start to finish. I will update this review once the final process is complete, but for now, a huge thank you to the team for everything!

I honestly could not recommend Finishing Touches enough, from the very first phone call all the way to achieving my award they were amazing. Great teachers and the attention to detail the way they help you with anything is amazing.
I could not think of a better company to learn with.
Special thank you to Gemma and Marcia

Been shopping with this company for more than 10 years and very happy with the service.

Very, very disappointed I received my pure4 treatment spray this morning but the lid was not on. It has all leaked out not a drop left in the bottle. My first order with yourselves. I normally get it through an aesthetic nurse but thought I would Shop direct this is for my daughter who suffers with acne and is a product that has really helped but unfortunately disappointed in receiving an empty bottle for over £60

Smooth online ordering. Delivered quickly.

I wonder if you can show the colours of all pigment better?

Always great service, always professional and friendly!

I attended SMP training with Finishing Touches in their impressive new Brighton training centre. The whole experience was first class from start to finish. The small group meant that the training was intimate and tailored to the individual and the atmosphere was informal and fun but still extremely professional. All my expectations were exceeded and I can't wait to return, continue my learning journey and meet up once again with these wonderful ladies :-)

My training with finishing Touches was amazing from start to finish. The teams are welcoming and very supportive. It felt like I had known the team forever. Thank you all for your support before and after training.

Great products, great customer service.

I’ve trained with the Finishing Touches Group over several years, and every experience has been absolutely outstanding.

I first completed Scalp Micropigmentation training in 2018, followed by Brow Micropigmentation and Lip Micropigmentation in 2023, Meso Plus Microneedling also in 2023, and most recently, Lash Enhancement Micropigmentation in 2025.

The level of professionalism, patience and support from the team is second to none.

Gemma is incredible always there to help, guild and encourage every step of the way.

Dawn and Stevie are 1st class trainers, so knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely passionate about what they do.

Every course has been so well structured and delivered with care, leaving me confident and inspired every time.

The environment is welcoming, professional and supportive, exactly what I want when learning new skills.

Thank you to everyone at Finishing Touches for being such an important part of my journey. You’ve helped me grow so much over the years, and I couldn’t recommend you more highly.
