They LOSE your jewelry - Poof, Heirloom is Gone

The reviews were so promising, I did not have time to make a trip to a jewelry shop (they all charge the same as FM, around $50). This is an innocent decision I made that I will have to live with (Please just go to the shop and don't make the decision I did!). FM shipped my piece out within 2 days of receipt which was speedy. But then the UPS delivery date got "delayed" so I notified them immediately. FM said they reached out to UPS to ensure all is well. I followed up a few times for over 2 weeks. They reassured me it was fine and the delivery changes were just being processed. Then one day they tell me that they LOST my heirloom, precious ring that I have worn and cherished my entire adult life, a gift from my beloved grandmother who has since passed. The cost and workmanship if the same in your local jewelry shop PLEASE DO NOT MAIL AWAY JEWELRY, call your local shop for any refurbishment.

Due to the incomplete return address given to Finematter when the order was placed, UPS were unable to locate you.

We’re still working with UPS to locate your package and will do everything we can to get your jewellery back to you.

Absolutely stunning

I received the piece so quickly, and the package was absolutely beautiful! I can't express enough how pretty the necklace is—10/10 experience.

Good company great service

Good company great service. However, for an eco company the patching was excessive and covered in non recyclable/biodegradable packing tape.

I'm surprised to hear your package was taped closed as you describe. We purposely designed our packaging to be eco-friendly, using FSC certified paper and soy-based inks, with a seal strip to avoid any use of plastic tape.

I'll be looking into this right away.

I LOVE IT!!!

They replated jewelry that was passed down to me from my grandmother. I LOVE IT!!! It looks brand new!! If I could give them 10 stars I would!! They deserve it!! THANK YOU!!!!

Would purchase from them again!

The process of buying from Finematter was easy and enjoyable. They made sure to update me on orders and provide resources for help if needed. The shipments came in quickly with no trouble in the process.

OH MY GOD INCREDIBLE!! I’m literally on a dopamine high right now because of how thrilled I am with Finematter’s work on my ring! It’s SO pretty and dazzly and sparkly and honestly, better than when I originally purchased it!! I am over the moon! Thank you finematter!!! And like what a deal in terms of pricing too!
