I entrusted Finematter with one of my grandmother's costume jewelry pieces that after many decades the gold plate had worn off. I am so impressed with my finished piece. My grandmother's ring looks brand new and an heirloom is once again a wearable piece of jewelry for me. Many thanks, I will be back!

The website would not let me use my jewelry recycle credit and I had to contact customer service multiple times. I did not get any help but eventually the site started working again. Thus also took long enough that my new member coupon expired and I was unable to get the 10% off for joining. The jewelry I got looks nice but I want be ordering from this site again since the website and customer service were so poor.

Ich habe meine Kette Anfang September 2025 zur Reparatur eingeschickt. Damals wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass sie nach dem 12.09.2025 innerhalb weniger Tage zurückgesendet werden sollte.
Inzwischen haben wir fast Juli 2026 und ich habe meine Kette noch immer nicht zurückerhalten. Das bedeutet eine Wartezeit von nahezu zehn Monaten für eine vergleichsweise einfache Reparatur.
Ich habe mich bewusst für diesen Service entschieden, da das Unternehmen über Bruna The Label empfohlen wurde. Rückblickend war das leider ein Fehler. Hoffentlich bekomme ich überhaupt meine Kette zurück!
Leider kann ich diesen Reparaturservice nicht weiterempfehlen.

No clear communication with the status of my ring and even when sending me my shipping information. I waited two weeks after my initial order to see if there was any information of when I can ship my ring out to be fixed. It took me emailing them for them to finally send the shipping label and told me there was an “issue” with my address… I don’t understand why they couldn’t just email be first regarding that.

It’s not been a whole month since I sent out my ring and I have no update or status of when I’ll be getting my ring back or if it’s even being fixed. At this point I’m thinking they lost it or damaged it and don’t want to tell me. I keep emailing asking for updates just for them to tell me they’re trying to get it and my ring should be dispatched in 24-48 hours… guess what, no ring yet.

I email them again and they assure me they’re still checking for the status of the ring. A replating should not take this long. Very unhappy and I would recommend no one does this service with this company again.

I placed an order on February 25. The item was shown as 'in stock'. I then received an email saying the estimated shipping was March 17. I understand that could have been to the item being suddenly sold out. However, it is now March 27 and nothing has been received. I initiated the communication with Finematter to inquire on the whereabouts of my order on March 25 and received no meaningful response to date. It has been a very disappointing and unreliable experience so far, I would NOT recommend.

AVOID!!!!!! i sent my ring to be re golded in october, we’re now in february and i have just admitted im never getting my ring back. was a very sentimental ring to me, and after many emails asking for an update etc. no answer and still no ring, i’m truely devastated and would advise everyone to do your research first and take your jewellery somewhere trust worthy. i intend to take this further so let’s hope this company gets what they deserve.
