Finches Friend Arvostelua

Excellent not placed in the garden due to a tree being taken down. Very pleased with the two feeders I purchased from finches friend.

I've had the bird feeder up in the garden for a few weeks. The birds of all description don't seem to like it and are not feeding from it.
Such a shame cos it was so expensive. I'll keep it in the same position for longer but am not hopeful

My finch friendly bird feeder arrived quickly and was well packaged with clear instructions. I wasted no time filling it up and hanging it in the garden. The birds were slow to come to it at first. I had to let the other feeders run out of seed so they only had the one option. That did the trick. It’s very easy to keep clean which is the main reason I purchased it. All in all I’m very happy with this feeder and it seems the birds are too!

Our F.F., squirrel proof version, arrived about two months ago. Excellent and efficient service. The product itself is a thing of beauty and very well made, & is certainly MUCH heavier than I realised. Sadly all my finches have disappeared!…the birds come and look at the top part of the squirrel proof set up, occasionally, can see the seed but are deterred from hopping into the cage lower down where they could actually access the food. I have seen a pair of coal tits use it and one robin…but only occasionally. Plan B was to take off the lower part of the squirrel cage to see if any birds checked it out…they did (still no finches) but the squirrel was ‘on it’ immediately… therefore back to square one. I emailed FF twice to ask if this has been a problem for anyone else and if they had any advice but, to date, I have received no response.

I had above and beyond service from the guys at finches friends.
Excellent product and excellent service.
Thank you guys. Jason.

I had an issue with a missing parcel and this was resolved quickly.
GREAT product and certainly worth the price tag !

Great feeders! A worthwhile investment.

Quality product, good service

First time I have used this site would definitely buy from them again. Item came well packed in perfect condition A++++

Great communication start to finish. Product is absolutely what we wanted. Our poor feathered friends are really struggling. Finches Friends have really come up with the answer with sustainable hygienic feeder.

easy to place the order, speedy delivery, so far the cage is deterring the squirrels

Easy to order, good delivery, well made and designed product. A great innovation.

We found the Instruction leaflets difficult to follow. After not receiving a reply from you asking for assistance I asked our friend, who already had a feeder with the cage, and he very kindly constructed it for us - with some difficulty. We now cannot remove the cage as the top screw ( connecting cage to the feeder ) is immovable and the feeder section won't release the one attached in order the clean and replace with fresh one. All in all rather disappointed with rather hungrey birds.

Fantastic product, incredibly quick delivery, friendly team

Feeder well constructed and easy to clean. Quick delivery.

Excellent service
Well made feeders although the birds haven’t found them yet!

Immediate dispatch. Good design

I ordered the version with a cage. It's very heavy. It doesn't have a pole mount. I bought a pole to hang it from and put it next to the existing conventional hanging feeder and left it until the old feeder was empty. Until I took the bottom off the cage, the birds couldn't (or wouldn't) bother with it. In the recent rain storms, probably because it was windy, the seed in the tray got soaked and had to be thrown away as it would have been a source of infection. As far as I am concerned the jury is out on this. The tits have found the food but other birds are taking their time and guess what? No finches!
