Finches Friend Arvostelua

I bought two spare bases for my feeders. They arrived fast and were well packed. A good purchasing experience.

Products are made with the welfare of wildlife as a philosophy.

What a brilliant bird feeder! Robust easy to fill, clean and maintain. I shall definitely be buying another one soon!!

These feeders are easy to clean. The smaller birds love them.
Looking forward to other designs coming out. Especially the bird feeder stand.

I can only give 3 stars because 2 parts of the bird feeder were broken. Which is a pain in the neck when it is a present for a friend. They were not broken in transit but because they had been poorly put together. Yes they were replaced but it does not alter the inconvenience. I’m disappointed in a company that he had been so previously delighted with.

This was my 2nd purchase from Finches Friend of the Cleaner Feeder 1. This is the best bird feeder I have ever purchased for quality of material and ease of cleaning and filling.

Everything arrived as expected. Easy to install. My grandson has only put it up in position, now looking forward to watching for arrival of my feathered friends !!

It’s a great feeder and I arrived the next day! Thanks

The feeder is built to last and the only part likely to break over time through constant use is replaceable quite cheaply.

I was trying to take the feeder apart for cleaning, when the two flanges that support the piece that the birds actually feed from snapped off. This means that the feeder is not usable, as there is nothing to stop the piece from falling off. I have e-mailed the company twice, but have had no more than an automated reply promising to get back to me soon. This problem has now been sorted - apparently their computer was sending me into junk! Replacement parts have been received & I am very happy with the service provided. I am late updating this as Trustpilot sent it to an old e-mail address.

Very pleased with my new bird feeder. Large capacity and easy to clean which is so important . The birds took to it straight away.

Bird Feeder - really pleased with this bird feeder!

I now have three of these feeders and they are well worth the cost as they are very sturdily built and most importantly keeps the bird food dry. Keeping seed dry has been a constant bugbear of mine for many years using other bird feeders. So congratulations to Finches Friend for building a feeder which does this!

Friendly, efficient company. Excellent, easy to use product, and equally easy to keep clean. Highly recommended.

Amazingly well thought out bird feeder. Super easy to keep clean. The birds waste less seed than our old traditional window feeder with a flat tray. Basically saving you money!

Easy company to deal with, very responsive in particular to delivery damage with instant replacement item plus extras - perfect customer support.
Cleaner Feeder 2 with guard is designed to improve bird safety and appears to be well made, the stainless steel cage is an improvement on soft steel and should outlast almost everything. The birds are still thinking it through - Tits in and out but Finches still wary after 10 days or so but getting there. Food dry after heavy rain and the feeder has remained clean ... the cage helps the overall design.
Very pleased.
