Finches Friend Arvostelua

very much a case of alls well that ends well Order was sent out using Evri delivery courier who had it for over 2 weeks with no tracking movement I E mailed Finches Friend using Gmail and their own web platform as no phone number was given Alarm bells started to ring when no response or acknowledgement was received.Thoughts turned to letters of complaint and Trading Standards involvement. Persevering i eventually found a phone number on Google. and from then on all was good.Had there been an"Out of Office" notification with delay in response information all my stress and worry could have been avoided, hence only four star rating for a clearly reputable firm

Superbly designed bird feeder that keeps the food dry and is very easy to clean and refill. Company communicated well and delivery was timely. Recommend.

Excellent response to some questions and the speed of dispatch - over a weekend - brilliant.
Unfortunately the delivery company (Evri) let down my overall experience and therefore I have only awarded 4 stars. What a pity.

After trying for two months to get the finches interested in using the feeder ( without much success) I took my son's advice, remove the rest of feeders and try again, so pleased it worked! I bring the feeder in during the evening, brush up ,put them back am, we are very diligent re this haven't noticed any sign of the dreaded Trichomonas since we have started using this feeder , thank you . Finches friend bird feeder arrived within the estimated time, and was exactly as described, also safely packed. We are pleased with this product. Brilliant design, much cleaner than our old feeder, no waste means no mess on our grass with birds footfall, this feeder gives birds a more natural way to stand and eat, and sunflower hearts don't clog up with dampness. We have no hesitation in recommending this seller.

Very professional service from start to finish. Well please with the feeder it does all what the advert said it would do. So all in all well pleased.👏👏

I first looked at FF because of the dreadful disease that is prevalent at the moment.
A lot of thought has gone into the design of their products. Certainly someone with an engineering background has been involved.
I purchased the £100 single, peanut and window pack. Our garden birds acclimatised within a couple of days and seems to be thriving.
I will be buying more kit from this company because they deserve the support be being so innovative.
Keep it going guys!!

Wonderful bird feeder, very easy to clean. Very happy that I'm now keeping my birds safe. The birds love it, and it arrived quickly, incredibly well packaged, and was a really good purchase. I bought one for my friends as well for a birthday present. Thank you for really caring about the birds and creating such a great product.

Excellent , quick, friendly and personal service.
Fantastic product

We bought one and it is very successful, although it has taken about 4 months for birds to get used to it. We now have blue tits, sparrows, goldfinches, greenfinches and robins using it. Now bought another one to provide different food.

Mixed experience. Feeders arrived yesterday and were well packaged and appear robust. Set up today. Tricky to attach full double feeder into ZIG protector particularly as the thread for the lid means you are opening the feeder slots as you turn it so feed spilled. Not a lot of space to work around inside protector but certainly will stop squirrels. Very poor service from Evri- delays and poor communication. Unfortunately Finches Friend have still not responded to my email concerns regarding this so I would question the level of customer service from the company. As a very avid feeder of wild birds I welcome the product but wish that basic communication courtesy was a higher priority. The unwillingness of an increasing number of companies, including finches friend to provide telephone support doesn’t bode well for customer service if there is an issue.

This feeder has been a lifesaver for our Finches - when I had an issue with the top - Finches Friends were incredibly helpful and resolved our issue. it’s so easy to switch out the bottom feeder every week. Our feeder is visited by - Finches Green and Gold plus Blue Tits and all are regular visitors to the feeder and remain healthy !

I have had my feeders for a couple of years and hung them from the beams of a pergola. I recently took down the pergola but retained one upright to hang the feeders. The crows & jackdaws then discovered they could rock the feeders thus spilling the seed out! I purchased two cages and they can no longer attack the feeders! The small birds have returned and can safely feed. Thankyou!!!!

Well designed and made window feeder, which protects food from rain etc, and is easy to refill with removable hopper. It was also delivered very quickly in a strong protective box.

For some reason the finches aren’t going for it but the tits and the sparrows love it! Easy to clean and refill, and the squirrels don’t seem interested.

Excellent product and the goldfinches were feeding within a couple of hours!

Received in good condition, quality product. Have recommended to friends & family

Swift response, great quality, like the previous purchases.

I purchased a CF1 after reading an article about how they had been designed to prevent bird diseases.
Unfortunately the birds didn’t get much of a look in, as the squirrels held a party, and scoffed the food!
I emailed the company three times to ask if they could suggest anything that could help, but heard nothing back, which is very disappointing.
The company has now made a squirrel proof cage for the CF1, which I have ordered. Hopefully this will solve the problem, and will not be just another waste of money!
As a business based in the UK, I felt the high price for the bird feeder was worth paying, but I was wrong. I am very disappointed that the company did not respond to any of my emails.

Product arrived in good time and well packaged.
