Hice un pedido que llegaba en 4 días y hace ya una semana estoy intentando contactar y no responden y para colmo me han bloqueado mi cuenta

Ho effettuato ordine di una crema per il viso del valore di 30 euro. E’ passato qualche giorno senza che avessi notizie e prima di sollecitare ho ricevuto un’e-mail in cui mi si informava che per un errore di giacenza l’ordine non sarebbe stato spedito e io sarei stata rimborsata entro 14 giorni. E’ passato quasi un mese e mezzo e nonostante qualche sollecito non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta e tantomeno i miei soldi. Ho poi letto che molti hanno avuto la mia stessa esperienza e sono stupita che nessuno intervenga a bloccare questi disonesti. Acquisto da anni online e non ho mai avuto esperienze simili. State alla larga da questi truffatori.

Site malhonnête

Ne commandez jamais sur ce site qui pratique des méthodes très limites. Ils vendent des produits qu'ils n'ont pas en stock, demandent un minimum d'achat ( donc l'utilisateur doit compléter avec des petits produits ) et font payer des frais de port, mais lorsqu'ils traitent la commande, ils l'envoient d'abord puis, ils vous préviennent qu'il manquera des objets dedans. Ainsi, vous ne pouvez pas annuler votre commande et la galère pour se faire rembourser commence.

Fuyez ce site d'escrocs.

Do yourself a favour and do NOT buy from this website. Selling products that are not in stock then wouldn’t give me a refund when requested. I wish I had read the reviews before buying.

Hice un pedido el día 19 y a fecha 30 todavía no me ha llegado. Lo necesitaba urgente para empezar un tratamiento y confié porque en su web ponen envíos rápidos con DHL. Ahora resulta que me indican que lo mandan desde italia. :0 ¿Cuándo llegará? no he podido esperar y he tenido que comprarlo en otro sitio. No me convence este servicio para algo urgente.
Por otro lado, he de reconocer que he podido contactar por email y me han respondido muy rápido realizando abono.

Son lo peor, escapad de ellos!

Después de 5 días me cancelan el pedido! Y el dinero en teoría me lo van a devolver en las 78 horas siguientes…

Cancelaron parcialmente mi pedido sin ningún aviso.
Nada profesional. No van a tener más mi pedido.
Imposible contactar a ellos.
Formulario a la web no funciona.

No se qué está pasando pero no consigo contactar con ello, y la página donde me he registrado a veces está desactivada... No puedo ver donde está mi paquete aunque está escrito que en dos días debería llegar y compré el miércoles pasado. Ojalá pudiera hablar con ellos.. imposible.

Compre un humificador de la marca Chicco. Mandaron correo y el pedido llego bien.
El aparato dejo de funcionar a la semana.
Les mande 2 correos y no contestan. Tienen formulario en la pagina inservible, no sé si a posta. Para poder mandarle tienes que poner un campo obligatorio que no puedes reseñar, por lo que al intentar enviar te da error.

I purchased Neostrata Bionic Face Cream from Farma EU on Tuesday 13 August. Later the same day I received an email from "taleagroupspa.com" saying that they couldn't source the product from their Suppliers & that they would issue me with a refund. To date I haven't received any refund.

I emailed their Customer Support twice yesterday but they haven't replied

The website is badly programmed, the search function doesn't work and the stock is not kept up to date so you can regularly "buy" items they don't have. Then when they issue a "refund" they don't give you all your money back because you used a coupon on the purchase, even though it was large purchase with plenty of other items the coupon could still apply to. When your items arrived, there's a high possibility of them being badly damage. If you try to contact their customer service they may take up to a week to respond to you, if they reply at all

Hice un pedido en la web y tal como comentan en otras reseñas no me llegó el mail de confirmación pero sí el cargo en la tarjeta. Contacté con ellos por el formulario de la web y da error todo el rato, tampoco puedo entrar en mi cuenta para ver el estado de mi pedido, ni reestablecer la contraseña ni nada. Me he puesto en contacto con ellos por correo y no he recibido de momento ninguna respuesta.
He recibido el pedido en el plazo de 3 días, todo bien. La atención al cliente y el funcionamiento de la web es malo.

Conditionnement et emballage défectueux
Ma commande de 100 sachets de gelée pour chat a été livrée en vrac, les 100 sachets placés directement dans un grand carton, et non en conditionnement original du fabricant (cartons de 12 sachets). Résultat un sachet percé dont le contenu a sali une partie de la commande, et des sachets déformés, à aplatir un par un pour pouvoir les ranger. Photo disponible.

Hice un pedido el 27/6. Como no me llegó el mail de confirmación pero si el cargo en Paypal, intenté contactar por mail pero fue imposible. Un correo no existe y en el otro no contestan. Al leer las opiniones negativas, intenté anular el pedido pero me fue imposible. Pero hace un par de días me llegó un correo de la empresa de transporte diciéndome que el paquete estaba en camino. Ayer me llegó el paquete. Todo correcto

I placed three orders in total. I requested one to be cancelled and it was done. Another order arrived quickly and in full. The third order took a week for picking up and two unavailable items were successfully refunded. After the was collected it took about 3 days for delivery to the door.
So, my experience is with the shop is positive.
Good things:
- very low threshold for free shipping to the Netherlands. It is lower than many domestic companies give, despite of the fact that they deliver orders from Italy.
- good prices.

Things that could be improved:
1) the site looks suspicious, especially when looking at it after reading reviews here. All relations to farmae.it are removed, some links are unreachable, etc. In addition, farmae.it is full of integration with trustpilot, while in farmae.eu there is no such integration at all. I have no idea why it is done so.
2) links to return documents are broken. If somebody needs to return an item it will mean more problems than needed.
3) messages from customer support could come faster, but still I cannot say at all that I was ignored.

So, in short, for now I'm going to buy at farmae.eu again, at least until I face real problems with customer service.

Es un desastre. Haces un pedido y si comunicas una incidencia no te responden por mail ni cogen el telefono. He hecho un pedido de 4 unidades de Erbaben y me enviaron 3. No me abonaron el precio de la unidad que faltaba ni me la enviaron despues. Aconsejo no compren en este sitio.

DO NOT buy from them!
I order 3 products and only received one of them. In the invoice tracking the package it said that the full three products will be delivered. I did NOT received a refund either on the 2 products I didn't received.

I have reached out to customer service on multiple occasions and haven't received an answer.

I DO NOT recommend buying from this website, please avoid it at all costs.
