WEB45835703 I made an appointment (F1 online) and paid for x2 tyres on 23/9/22 to be fitted at on 10.00am on Sunday 2/10/22 at my Harlow F1 Auto Center that I have previously used. I was sent a reminder the morning before. I called the branch to double check and the branch manager told me he has no details of my booking and doesn't have my tyres. He told me to call internet sales which was closed. Helpful! Very confused, I visited the branch and repeated the order number and was told again he has no record of my booking and doesn't have my tyres, and couldn't get my tyres as the supplier was also closed. He told me the branch was very busy and the earliest appointment was Thursday the 6/10 and repeatedly told me to contact internet sales. He at no point offered an apology, he was unhelpful and blunt. I called internet sales Monday morning on 3/10 and they were as confused as me and explained that the branch has my tyres and should have my work order. They put me through to the branch manager after speaking with him. The same branch manager told me he has my tyres and work order and wanted to know when was it convenient time for me to come to branch. I replied this morning. So he gave me an appointment for 10.30. I was still confused as to how he didn't know anything about my booking and didn't have my tyres on Saturday but first thing Monday morning after speaking with internet sales he has my tyres and booking? Still no apology or explanation! When I arrived at 10.30 as arranged, the same branch manager asked for my keys and the locking wheel nut, which I gave him. At this point I asked him what has changed in between Saturday and now! He became very defensive and his reply was I'm not having this conversation with you, do you want your tyres changed? I replied yes and told him I would be making a complaint. He then told me he doesn't want to carry out the work and handed me my car keys and told me to leave.
I got back on the phone to internet sales but they was not able to overturn the branch manager's decision. They gave me a refund which I have received. The branch manager throughout the process showed terrible customer service and lacked any form of common decency. I can't understand how he has a customer facing role. It was the worst service I have ever received. I made a complaint about this and forwarded this information to customer service department and was emailed by the area manager but he was not interested at all and just tried to brush the matter under the carpet, whilst making statements that were totally inaccurate. This place certainly won’t be getting my custom any more.

Great service from the team, especially Chris the Manager who is extremely polite and also very professional who has helped me out with issues that I had...thanks Chris, I will always recommend formula 1 to friends in the future !!

2nd visit to Harlow store - this time with my daughters car- Chris & the team could not be more helpful - whatever you ask is of no trouble- their service has gained a returning customer that is recomending to friends as well.

Extremely helpful & kept in touch all the way definitely use this site again in Harlow

Customer service in Harlow branch is very poor, branch manager unprofessional and busy eating rather then dealing with people waiting around. Would not trust these people with my car ever again. He got aggressive when i said i want to complain.
