Visited the Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent branch and dealt with Andy and Paul who were very helpful - top service!

Excellent service today from Andy and his team at the Hanley Branch.

They managed to fit my car in today for an emergency repair. The repair was done very quickly. Highly recommend this branch. Thanks guys… Andy

Took my Nissan xtrail had a small blow on the exhaust good friendly service job so small no charge so very pleased. As I know that some garages would charge even for very small jobs , I will be using them again.

Took my car to have the work done when it failed the MOT they did part of the work (£250) then checked the engine light problem then said it can’t be fixed! So lost £250 and now my car needs to be scrapped. In my opinion the engine should of been checked first then we could if saved the £250. Will NOT be going there again

this was the first and very last time we will use this company absolute rubbish ! took my car in for mot and service mot was fine and service drove away onky to not get home my car stopped (ford kuga) was taken back to hanley branch only to be told that the lad servicing on it had left everythin switched on so needed new battery and it was xmas eve our xmas plans had to change no compassion whatsoever!!!! battery done day after boxing day only for same to happen !!takemn back yet again to be told alternator gone 2 weeks later and £700 worst off had my car back only for lights to go off and on again this company has been emailed at head office no response and customer services.......

The staff was very helpful and the work was carried out ti my satisfaction, will recommend to my friends.

I booked for my car to go in for 4 Tyers on the 29th of October but they rang me on the day and was very impolite and said the Tyers didn’t turn up and asked me to go in a different day so I said I can only do a Saturday or Sunday as I work every day of the week and away and so he said next Saturday at 10am so on the 5th of November I arrived went into reception and the manager was at the desk and his facial expressions didn’t seem polite and he was very impolite and all he said in a horrible tone of voice was you here for 4 new Tyers,standard balancing and precision balancing which isn’t even a thing and a 10 point winter check that wasn’t even done asked if I was going or sitting and waiting I said waiting he then said it will take from 1hour 30 mins to 2hours when it only took 28minuets and then he came to me saying that the wheel alignment was out by -1.21 on the front and was going to charge me £89 just for that and I said I would go get second opinion and after leaving I noticed that my passenger head light wasn’t working so arrived at my regular mechanic and he checked everything over and it turned out I was conned as I was only out by -0.01 and they had never heard of precision balancing and they have been doing tyre balancing for 30 years and asked them to change my headlight as was not working and they took it out put it back in and started working so formula one had messed with it try get more money out of me I am frustrated and angry and will never go again as they are lying con men and have all the proof supporting this so if you need work done and are thinking of going to formula one please don’t save yourself the money and agro

To cut a long and stressful story very short I needed a car MOT test urgently or as a self employed person I would not be able to go to work for part of next week.

After calling a number of garages the answer was the same, no chance until early next week. I have used F1 in Hanley before so gave them a call. After a couple of calls with them they managed to move things around and 2 hours later my MOT was done and my car back on the road.

Absolute fantastic customer service especially from Andrew who I believe is the new Manager, you really pulled me out of a hole there. Thanks, next time you will be my first port of call.

Went to the garage at hanley for a last minute appointment on arrival was greeted by the manager Andrew very polite and professional they told me to take a seat in waiting room very clean and tidy, Jake came through and spoke about the advisories very professional see you next year f1

ordered full set of tyres found them cheaper at another dealer rang formula one and they beat the price.
the autocenter is in leek road stoke on trent and i found it to clean and tidy. the service by ANDREW TIM AND DAN WAS polite and helpful will use them again

F1A have asked me to do a review on either google or facebook but I do not use google for reviews and dont use facebook at all and never will.
I had 4 new tyres fitted yesterday which had been purchased online around a month ago.
The guys were decent enough and friendly but the service was glacial .
5 minutes after I gave them my keys my car was put on the ramp and the tyres taken off . Then nothing else happened for around an hour because they went back to finish off someone elses car.
When it was finished the guy sat in the car ticking over while he was messing with the controls for what seemed like ages . When he drove it outside I asked him what he was doing and he mumbled something about tyre pressures.
They have emailed me a print out of the job with all the details including my mileage which they have got 60.000 miles out as well but it does not matter to me because although F1A were slightly cheaper than the next competitor I wont be using them again

felixstowe branch fitted a new tyre under warranty and checked a pressure problem urgently and without charge. very pleased
