Formula One Autocentres - Cirencester Arvostelua 

Bloke in the office wasn’t helpful at all I took my car their about my exhaust and all I got was blunt awnsers and a 3 day wait kwik fit solved it straight away won’t recommend formula one at all not to anyone

CUSTOMER SERVICE OR LACK OF IT
I needed a new tyre and called on Monday the Cirencester Branch and gave the guy the tyre size and he said he would get it ordered when l agreed to the price and booked me in for Tuesday at 3pm. I rang on the Tuesday morning to confirm my appointment only to be told the tyre hadn't been ordered and therefore they couldn't do it that day. I expressed my dissappointment and he said look whilst you are on the phone l will order the tyre now and book you in for tomorrow at the same time. Perfect! to avoid another situation l started to call the branch from 9am to 2.30 of which no call was answered. I arrived at the branch with no one actually working on any cars and in the reception was a customer and chap on the computer helping him and another colleage stood behind the counter. Then the phone started to ring and ring and ring and ring. The one chap was still helping the customer, however, the other worker just stood there and when it still carried on ringing he said to his work colleague here we go again it will ring out there next then ring in the office. I commented that was me today trying to get hold of someone to which he just looked at me blankly. Now it was my turn. He looked at the computer screen and said umm we don't have you in here. So l then explained the situation, he then said l wasn't in here yesterday. He then looked some one and said l don't think it has been ordered. He said he would go out and look at what had been delivered. Meanwhile the phone continued to ring the other worker was just still standing there letting the phone ring and ring. The guy looking for the tyre came back and confirmed that there was no tyre. He apologized and said unfortunatley we have no manager at the moment and everything is everywhere. At which point l said to him that it wasn't his fault but this is just apalling service absolutely apalling!
Firstly in my opinion unless you have no voicebox why oh why would the work colleague who was clearly free not pick up the phone and answer it absolutely horrendous customer service. If he had done this earlier l would have known that my tyre was not there. Secondly the whole experience was awful and blaming the lack of management for this was again not good enough, that doesn't excuse why someone failed to order the tyre. It would appear that the staff are completely unmotivated and in clear need of customer service training!! Meanwhile off l went to Kwikfit for a wonderful and completely opposite experience where my business will now stay!

Fast, easy and simple process.
Booked online, turned up when due.
Tyres fitted - done.
Not only did the centre fit my new tyres they also said one of them would last a few months more, but I decided to change both anyway.
An honest and friendly tyre company.
Also more competitive by £50.00 on the other big brands!

After an initial problem following a service at the Cirencester branch the follow on support, repairs and consideration have been exemplary. Kieron the Assistant Branch Manager has been most helpful and accommodating and the new Regional Manager, Craig has gone above and beyond the normal call of duty.

Well done everyone involved - my faith in Formula One has been fully restored.

I have been very impressed with Alex and his team at the Cirencester branch. They have MOT'd my Range Rover and fitted new tyres ...very competitive as well as sorting out my Audi tyres . Nice people and hard working

Excellent service - 1st visit to F1 Aurocentres. The whole process from booking on line, turning up and collection was very easy. I have used Black Circle in the past but found F1 very competitive with their prices and other retailers. Will use again.
