Formula One Autocentres - Cirencester Arvostelua 

On holiday i had a punctured tyre, At that moment they had not the time to look at it, if i left the tyre they would look at it.
I returned after one hour, there was a new tyre fitted, a "C" brand (Cooper). The old tyre was worn out because of the puncture, (true i saw the tyre), because i had to drive with a trailer, i had to replace the other side also (only 3mm left), with the new tyres my driving speed was about 5 miles slower than the old (goodyear) tyres. Not realy suited for trailer..

The "new" tyres they placed were 2,5 and 3 years after production date...
The price £247,- for two "C"-brand tyres is quite high. But hey, a customer from the continent you can ask what you want, because he has no choice.

Service was ok, although i had to point out that the spare-tyre screws were different from the original screws, (they did not notice that).

The team at Cirencester were amazing. I appeared at the garage after my tyre went completely flat. I was basically stranded. They were unable to assist me as the tyre I required was not in stock, however they got me back on the road by putting my spare on for me. Thank you to Ryan and Lee for your help! Great customer service, delivered with a smile and joke.

Got straight on it and got it sorted.

We booked an appointment online for the Cirencester branch as we were happy with the price being cheaper than anywhere else, On arrival for our time slot (10 mins early)
I was made wait for nearly an hour as they were apparently finishing a service, The two members of staff were working very slowly doing very little, The manager (an old man) was rude arrogant had a bad attitude and was more interested in going home as he was parking cars in the premises while my car was still on the ramp, My tyres were different makes and took far too long to fit, The fitter was lazy, took his time to do the simplist of tasks, He fitted my tyres while sitting on a little chair stool like thing on castors which he fell off, Which to be fair was amusing but overall I'd rather pay more money elsewhere to receive a better service
Very poor, very slow, a shame really as the staff in my opinion gave the company a bad name.

I used to come with the car to this garage for several years, but today is the last visit.
I wanted to change my winter tires after a vacation in Europe, for that I made the appointment 5 days before.
I was picked up an hour late without any excuse.
I was looking at the car from the outside, when the boy who worked on it opened the trunk to take the anti-theft, his colleague came and helped himself to a bottle of water. I would have given him all of them if he asked, but he allowed himself to search in to my car and steal.
I announced at the reception, I was guaranteed that they would take measures, but unfortunately I no longer trust to return.

I use these guys for tyres - went in for some help with new wiper blades (yes I am totally not practical) - they helped me source the wiper blades locally and then showed me how to fit them - no charge and just lovely for someone to help you !

Customer service at cirencester very poor. Didn't complete the work on time when given 3 different times and then was rude when asked on the third time when will my car be ready then?

I realised my MOT was about to run out and they were so accommodating fitting me in in 24hours. I was able to wait in their very clean and comfortable reception area. The MOT was done at the time specified and within the time they gave me. The inspection was very thorough and I was given good advice for the future care of my car. So courteous and reassuring. Thank you so much guys. I highly recommend this garage.

We received excellent service from Formula One. We had several calls in advance of visiting the garage and had to change our appointment due to waiting for the AA. Nothing was too much trouble, all the people we spoke to were extremely helpful. The issue was then fixed quickly and professionally.

Tyres haven’t been fitted yet as I’m leaving the car over night (I was driving home and realised I really needed the tyres done desperately) The staff were so friendly when I was in a panic and allowed me & my daughter to wait for our lift, in their MOT waiting area. Our dog, Bobby was also given treats & water. Fantastic empathy.

Took my car in for MoT and Service and received excellent service. I was kept informed of progress, given options about work that needed doing without pressure and everything was completed on time and we'll. Also, and almost most importantly they were pleasant to deal with and chat to, which can make all the difference to your day.

Pin hole in fuel pipe - exemplary service and got car working asap and washed down the split diesel

Once again I entrusted my Landrover Freelander to the caring staff at Fi and once again I was not disappointed.

I had all four discs and pads done and a full service and MOT. All done to the best standards

Also good prices and discounts given. Good professional team and I would recommend them to all.

Booked in 11.30 for MOT and two tyres. They expect you to be 15 mins early. At 12.45 I’m still waiting for the tyres to be fitted. Seems like they just take on too much work! 13.30 and still not done…..
Polite at reception but I think they are fire-fighting. Not recommended

Had my MOT done today. Very easy to book in, approachable staff and a good price. MOT was completed well and was able to take home quickly. I was given some helpful advice about work to be done over the next few months so I would recommend FormulaOne.

I needed a tyre changing on a Sunday whilst on holiday.Kwik fit said they were too busy too help despite them only having one car in the garage. I went to Formula One who were very busy but still managed to fit me in. They didn't have the tyre I needed but the manager drove me back to Kwik Fit to buy the tyre there so he could fit it for me back at his garage.
Very friendly and very helpful service. Highly recommended if you find yourself in need of tyre services in Cirencester.
