Because F1 Authentics is set in UK, we gotta pay Taxes, lots of it. I bought something for 130, had to pay 50 for delivery and then on top another 60 for taxes. 60 taxes for 130 purchase? XD

I paid to have my fiancé’s name on the flag, I did have to pay duty, $75ish which was annoying since the flag went from the Canadian Grand Prix, to the UK, just to come back to Canada.. I live like 8-9 hours from Montreal so it just seems silly. For the price of the square I feel like duty should be included??? However, my fiancé was very excited and very happy to receive his checkered flag square! It came with authentication which was amazing, and the duty didn’t annoy me THAT much for how happy it made him so I’d do it again.

The only thing is, I wish that they would even just show the flag for a second during or after the race, it would have been cool to see.. and I also wish there was something I could have printed before hand to give to my fiancé to let him know he was getting this since I wanted him to know during the race his name would be in the flag and not 2-4 weeks later when the frame came in.. but it’s all good! Everyone is happy and it arrived a few days earlier than expected!

Very poor quality. Very expensive for two strands of leather with a chrome plates copper piece holding the body peice. All of the chrome has worn off, the Alfa etching on the back is gone, it turns my wrist green.
Awful Awful Awful, I hope Alfa Romeo F1 is overseeing the shoddy craftsmanship, this does not reflect well on them. I bought my brother one when I received mine, now I'm embarrassed i did. Save your money.

Beautiful F1 items that you can sometimes get for a fair price. Unlike I've seen in some comments, communication with their team (Olivia) have been really good for me: I've had an issue with one of my orders, and they found a solution fast.

My delivery arrived in only 2 days and the item was just as described/pictured. Absolutely delighted with both the product and the service. This is dangerous as I’ll definitely be ordering again!

Bought around 40 items from F1 authentic car parts in acrylic, signed mini helmets, singed caps and including the acrylic boxes. Some of the acrylic boxes came broken/cracked and was replaced right away after informing them. Love your product specially the signed caps and mini helmets. Keep up the great work.

We bought an item which was shown at a formula one race. We couldnt see our name and they tracked down a photo pointing out our name on the product. A number of emails were sent and they spent a good deal of time corresponding unheard of these days Well done. The original product bought was sent and was produced to a high quality and sent very quickly after the event.

So far so awful.
Paid a lot of money for an item.
It’s not arrived. Customer service has been slow at best and ignoring/saying they haven’t received emails.
No offer of refunding at least postage and still waiting for my package. I am in the UK so no excuse about it travelling.

Items are fun but their "Europe" warehouse is based in the UK. So I took a massive L by paying for import taxes. Expect your items to be 30% more expensive when you are located in europe
