F1 Authentics Arvostelua 

Last year I ordered a memento from a Grand Prix which unfortunately had an error made by a third-party provider. To say I was devastated would be an understatement.

After reading some of the reviews here, I’ll admit I wasn’t holding out much hope of getting a satisfactory outcome, if one at all.

How wrong was I.

Louise, the Head of Customer Service, is the consummate professional and someone who genuinely understands what great customer service is all about.

From thoroughly investigating how the error occurred, to keeping me regularly updated and following all leads until a suitable outcome was reached.

It would have been very easy for someone to throw my complaint into the “all too hard” basket and move on. Louise did the complete opposite. She went the extra mile, took ownership of the situation and genuinely cared about getting the right outcome for us.

As a family, we cannot thank Louise enough. What started as a really disappointing experience was completely turned around by one person who clearly takes enormous pride in looking after customers.

Louise, you’re an absolute credit to the organisation. Thanks again for everything — your efforts meant more to our family than you probably realise.

We had ordered the British F1 GP flag trophy. Photos don’t do it any justice. This is of excellent quality and it arrived earlier than expected. Courier was DHL and the tracking was on point right to our door.
We did have an issue, but the customer services dealt with this really quickly and efficiently.

This is my first dealings with F1 authentics and I am very pleased with my purchases (Break disc lamp & Sprint Flag). Both arrived in good time and the pieces are fantastic. Better than I could have imagined, really. The customer service was great too, I asked for some information regarding the Sprint flag and they managed to source some photos which added to the history of the item.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Some of the online reviews make interesting reading and I've also been on the receiving end of it. I won an item in their auction for quite a bit lower than usual items on their website. I then get an email to say the reserve wasn't met even though it specifically said reserve met. I sent them a screenshot to show I have won the item but they then came back to say they have now sold the item on their shop. Absolut con-artists. Their comment is laughable saying they are trying to find a resolution. Their resolution is to offer me a different item which is not what I was bidding on. Again avoid these con-artists.

Ordered a helmet box for a full sized F1 helmet, and I am happy thank you. Very speedy delivery, arrived next day!

Such great quality. I have purchased a number of collectables. Many upcycled items, such as a Mercedes Lewis Hamilton converted championship wheel, upcycled side table. I've loved every purchase. I also they are very good investments

I’ve purchased several items from F1 Authentics over the past 12 months and every item has been unique and a real talking point when people see them.
My latest purchase was a McLaren race-used wheel nut in a display case. Unfortunately the case was damaged during transit, but after contacting them and sending a few photos, their team responded immediately and arranged a courier to collect it.
They remounted the wheel nut in a brand new display case and sent it back to me at no extra cost. No hassle, no arguments, just quick and efficient customer service.
A great company to deal with and I would definitely recommend them.

F1 Authentics never disappoints. Awesome merchandise with prompt shipping.

F1 Authentics provides a great platform to obtain all sorts of Formula 1 memorabilia. Yes, the items can be fairly expensive, but the process and way in which the F1 Authentics team support is great. Packaging has always been impeccable and delivery, especially as the items are coming from overseas to Australia, is awesomely fast.

The critique I would offer (besides a price review haha) is the website itself can be clunky to deal with. In particular when engaging with the "Auctions" tab. E.g. finding all live auctions is painful and could be rectified with a simple link via the drop down.

Great customer service and issues with my order were resolved as transparent and seamless as possible.

The support team is amazing; they helped me so much. The order was delivered quickly with great packaging. I highly recommend this store

I was nervous to order from F1 Authentics as I found many negative reviews, but I'm happy to say I have been extremely satisfied with my purchase. It arrived well packaged, on time and I even got it for a good price.

I do not recommend buying from F1 Authenics. I purchased a Framed Red Bull DRS, Grand Prix used wing from the site for a substantial amount of money under the illusion the wing was raced. F1 Authenics could not verify which driver or track the wing was used even though it was sold as Grand Prix used & taken from the RB10. I contacted Red Bull directly to be told the wing was never used & was only a spare. In my opinion this is fraudulent advertising because the price of a race used part differs substantially from a test piece or spare. Avoid these guys as I do not believe they carry out any due diligence on the items sold.

I received partially my order, after weeks still I'm waiting for one product and I never got an update.
With who can I contact to do a follow up?

Very disappointed with this company!! At no point did they mention that I would have to pay customs charges to the eu. I PAID IN EUROS AT NO POINTDID THIS SCAMMER COMPANY MENTION THEY WERE NOT IN THE EU. THIS IS FAULES REPRESENTION

Awful customer service. Slow to respond and no updates on delivery.

I have just started to buy off F1 Authentics after a referral from a friend. I have to say they do not disappoint, they have some fantastic authentic F1 pieces. Only issue is I’m spending too much money as I want it all. But can’t thank you guys enough for the swift responses to my messages and queries.
Here is to another great season of F1.

Excellent delivery options with DHL

The pieces shown online always fill the area where the authentic piece of memorabilia is stored. I have ordered multiple times and none of them fill the area. In fact, there is always at least a third of the area open. I had hoped to have a long relationship with F1, but given this factor I will not be purchasing any longer. It is a dishonest practice.
