Everything that could be wrong is wrong. First off, bought a piece of the checkered flag in February. Paid an obscene delivery fee to which I could only understand it to be for imports or other fees as there was zero notes about such during the entire purchase process. Received zero updates until I wrote in well over a month after the race finished. I was ignored until I stated I would dispute the charge as the guaranteed time to delivery has passed. I finally received a response with an apology that it is at least 10 days delayed due to lack of materials. lol. Okay. I then receive a DHL notice 2 weeks later to pay almost $70 more to receive the item. Something that was never agreed to or stated anywhere during the checkout process. I again write to customer service to be given a link that is again, not even apparent or easily accessible when making the purchase that eliminates their responsibility in the matter to make it 100% my problem. The final straw that brought me here is the photo of the flag that is suppose to have the square I paid an excessive amount for…….doesn’t have the square anywhere on it. There is zero proof that this overpriced square was not only apart of any flag but even present at that race. And for that, it is a scam. They can sell off however many they want with absolutely zero ethical boundaries to follow. And since they can’t prove it with a photo, they have more fine print that to make it 100% my problem.

We’re genuinely sorry for the frustration caused by the delay in dispatch and the lack of timely communication while this order was outstanding. That experience is not what we aim to provide, and we fully understand how disappointing this would have been.
Regarding customs and import duties, these can unfortunately be applied by local carriers depending on the destination country. We recognise that unexpected charges are frustrating, and we’re sorry this was not clearer at the time of purchase.
In terms of the product itself, every piece sold is taken from the official chequered flag waved at the end of the race. Because the flag is double-sided and constantly in motion, it isn’t always possible to capture every individual name or square clearly in a single photograph. The image provided is intended to show the flag in use at the finish of the race with the car crossing the line, rather than isolate specific sections of the flag.

Will not buy again
Delivery was fine, customer service fine. Although i will not be ordering again, i have made 3 purchases now for the Lando Norris 2019, 2021 and 2024 bodywork in acrylic. Every piece of body work has been plain black in colour, when questioning this on the last order i was told the body work is unique and may differ in shape/size/design which i completely understand but there is no uniqueness in the 3 items as all 3 parts of body work are plain black in colour. I did request for the last order to try and not be all black but was informed this is all they have left. Over £700 spent to show no uniqueness at all.

be aware of significant additional charges
You should be aware that significant additional customs charges may apply when ordering from outside the UK.
Thought I had to pay 197€ in total.
But now I also habt to pay nearly 70€ additionally.

I ordered a piece of the checkered flag for the Hungarian grand Prix as it was my first ever race. I wanted to have a piece of history and my personalised framed picture arrived yesterday and it is perfect. We are so happy with our purchase and also the delivery.

J’ai commandé une lithographie sur F1 Authentics, livrée depuis le Royaume-Uni.
Le produit est conforme, bien emballé, et visuellement réussi.
En revanche, je déconseille fortement ce site pour tout achat depuis l’Union Européenne, en raison de frais supplémentaires non anticipés :
Le prix affiché au moment de la commande semblait clair.
Mais à la livraison, des frais supplémentaires ont été exigés par le transporteur, entraînant un surcoût de plus de 50 % par rapport au prix d’origine.
F1 Authentics mentionne dans ses conditions que la TVA et les taxes de douane sont à la charge du client, ce qui est compréhensible.
❗️Mais à aucun moment il n’est précisé que le transporteur (ici DHL) ajoutera des frais fixes de traitement, qui ne sont ni des taxes, ni des droits, mais des frais privés de gestion.
J’ai contacté le service client pour signaler ce manque de transparence, mais aucune proposition de solution ou de geste commercial n’a été faite.
Conclusion : produit intéressant, mais expérience décevante.
Je ne recommande pas ce site aux acheteurs européens tant que les frais réels ne sont pas explicitement communiqués lors de la commande.

I ordered a 1:12 wing model for almost…
I ordered a 1:12 wing model for almost $350. The advertised lead time is 5 weeks, which in itself is ridiculous. To make it worse, it was actually almost 7 weeks and still not a single update. Their customer service is also useless. I sent a followup once 5 weeks was up asking for an update. They claim to get back to customers within 3 business days but it was over a week without any response. I sent a followup threatening to chargeback and leave a negative review unless they provided an update within the next 2 days. Surprise surprise, somebody responded, but still useless as all they said was they would "request an update internally". Not very helpful. Thank god for credit card chargebacks!

Fans are now cash cows
Prices back in 2020/2021 used to be decent but since then they have become insanely expensive. Products are generally on point and of good quality as you would expect. Disappointed with a couple of signed photos as they are horrible and blurry, not by design so they are selling blurred prints which isn’t acceptable at the ridiculous prices they charge. More and more driver race wear is auction only and no longer available to buy outright as you could before. I can’t help but feel due to the increasing popularity fans are being used as cash cows!

Happily taken my money, and not supplied me the item as promised stay clear
I ordered 2 items End of November on Auctions. One I received start of Feb & another they ‘didn’t have as they’ve over sold them, so offered me a pair of Russell boots instead, which was ideal, however I’ve not received them, They are not replying to any of my emails or contact and I’ve now basically stolen my money effectively

5 months for the refund; 41 emails, 33 phone calls
Ordered at the end of September and received two faulty items. 41 emails and 33 phone calls later, I finally got the full refunds at the beginning of march, 5 months later.
Among all the infuriating things they did, there is definitely the fact that after each call they assured me that I would receive an answer by the evening, which I did not receive, forcing me to call back the next morning

Bad quality of products
Yeah, bought some “race used bodywork” and don’t even know if it’s real (apparently not). Left them feedback 2 times - they didn’t even post it.
Don’t recommend it at all.

Don't buy from this company
Don't buy from this company. I bought something and was marked as delivered but never received it and they are saying they can send out an other one but can't give a refund. I don't trust them to send out another could anybody help thanks in advance. Emailed them about a refund and I have been ignored for 2days now. Very unprofessional. Just shows your priorities if it takes you 6 months to reply
