Terrible, do not use. I've been charged many late fees because of this company. I've even had money in my account and it has charged me a late fee. $9.90 for each failed transaction

Evil fraudulent scamming company that takes false late fees for payments that are already in bank account. Useless customer service with completely useless uninformed staff that don’t deliver on promises to refund money that should never have been taken out. Shameful service. Steer clear.

UPDATE: Still taking false late fees even when it has been cancelled by the merchant.

These guys are absolutely useless. They make you verify documents like your some international criminal just to make you wait weeks to then give you no explanation as to why your application isn’t proceeding.

My experience with Ezidebit has been frustrating, and I would caution other businesses to carefully consider their options before using this provider.

The fees associated with Ezidebit are, in my view, excessive. Both the business and the customer are charged, which places an unfair burden on all parties. For example, when a payment is dishonoured, the customer is charged $9.90, while the business is also charged $0.99—despite having no control over a client’s available funds.

A further concern is the handling of failed payments. On multiple occasions, clients have been charged dishonour fees even when their financial institution has indicated that no attempt was made to debit the funds. This raises serious concerns around transparency and process.

After two years with Ezidebit, I have been attempting to transition to another provider for the past six months, which has proven to be a difficult and prolonged process.

Overall, this has been a disappointing experience, and I would encourage other business owners to fully understand the fee structure and processes before committing.

This was one of the easiest decisions and processes I have experienced in the 10 years I have been running my own business. I’m amazed how simple Ezidebit platform is to use.

While I have only just set this service up so cannot comment on the function at this stage, I can say that the support I have received in setting up ezidebit has been amazing. It has been tailored to my business' needs and has always been respectful, warm and efficient. Further to this, their pricing and structure look to be very reasonable. I will update this review once I have been using ezidebit's services for a little while.
