I had a very serious security incident involving my account.

My account was compromised after I entered my login details on a phishing website. Shortly after, an unauthorized transfer was made from my account without my consent.

I contacted support immediately. The response I received stated that the transfer was “irreversible,” and the recipient account was later flagged/banned. However, I was also told that no direct reversal could be made.

While I understand some transfers may be final once processed, the situation has been very concerning, and I would expect stronger fraud protection and faster escalation in cases of confirmed account takeover.

The fraud destination was identified, but resolution and recovery support has been limited so far. I have since escalated the issue and secured my accounts.

I am sharing this to raise awareness about account security risks and the importance of phishing protection and faster fraud response handling.

I love how fast and easy is to use. I don’t like too much a little thing: it never remembers my session sign. I always have to sign in manually and I don’t really like that too much but it’s just like a minor detail. Since I’m Argentinian, so my bank accounts are based on Argentina, they send me Argentinian pesos. I’d love to receive US dollars instead. I do have bank accounts under my name that receive US dollars with no problem, so I would love that improve.

Once my redemption made it out of WowVegas and hit MassPay it was quick and easy However MassPay needs to make their dashboard easier to navigate and understand there's not a lot of options but other than that I have no complaints

I won $108 dollars from an online casino. The redemption was cleared on their end , meaning I had to wait on Masspay. I was told by the casino that I would see something within 24 hours. Well it’s past 24 hours and still nothing. I have sent countless of emails regarding this and all I was told to do was wait. Well I can’t. they were good the first few times but now they took my money and aren’t responding to my emails about when i get it. this has never happened i genuinely think they took my money and aren’t gonna do anything about it

Llevo 1 semana esperando mi dinero (253,19 Dolares) y nunca me llego nada y segun masspay ya se realizo el pago a mi cuenta cosa que es falsa porfavor eviten usar esta plataforma ya que el soporte nunca te ayudara y te dara largas.
