Ik heb zelf 5 jaar bij eurofins Analytico in Barneveld gewerkt.
Op de afdeling afvalwater was het altijd erg gezellig. Iedereen is altijd bereid elkaar te helpen in tijden van nood.
Ook al heeft Eurofins een negatieve reputatie, ik ben het hier niet mee eens: is het bedrijf perfect? Nee zeker niet. Zijn er dingen te verbeteren in het bedrijf? Zeker wel, maar dat is bij alle bedrijven zo.

Als je op zoek bent naar een leuke baan ga dan werken bij Eurofins in Barneveld op afdeling afvalwater!

Absolutely wost customer service at Monrovia Lab. I have not been able to reach a manager to escalate - same issue with their project managers to their phone and email systems - Radio silence, no response! I will never use them again for water testing.

Ich arbeite in Dortmund. Dort ist es toll. Nette Kollegen, tolles arbeiten, der Traumjob.

Constantly send solicitors and debt collectors after us after REPEATEDLY showing their 3rd parties and Eurofins themselves that invoices are paid. They have done this repeatedly. Absolute shambles of a financial department. We have now switched all hemp testing to a direct competitor who are superior in every conceivable way.

There are faster, cheaper and more specialist product testers in the UK. Eurofins is a bloated mess

I did not received the test on time, because the post office held it up for 2 more days.
Wanted to use it on next holiday, but has a short expiry date. 50 pounds landed in the bin.

I don't know where to begin. Confused employees, poor service & slow to action. Many mistakes were made which meant I had to pay for another covid test at the airport. They also charge you, for refunding you! Avoid at all costs. Indefensible

Not responding to emails and results were very late and not reflected to the price at all.

Erniedrigung steht auf dem Tagesplan! Den Satz den meine Kollegen und ich am Meisten sagen ist "Manche Menschen sind mehr wert als Andere". Entweder du bist Mobbingopfer oder der perfekteste Mensch der Welt in den Augen der Vorgesetzten. Leider gibt es scheinbar sehr viele Affen in diesem Zirkus! Flache Hierarchien und alle sind hier gleich ist die größte Lüge der Welt!
Die Vorgesetzten sollten mal eine Schulung bekommen wie man sich Arbeitnehmern gegenüber richtig verhält! Am Besten ein 5 Jahre Intensivkurs.
Wenn die Cheffin sagt das sie mit dir reden will und du Todesangst bekommst und kurz vorm weinen bist, ist das wohl kein gutes Zeichen für die Cheffin. So sollte das echt nichtlaufen!
Man wird ständig klein gehalten und das Gefühl gegeben das man gar nichts wert ist!
Es sind mehrere Mitarbeiter durch diese Firma an Depressionen erkrankt!
Das Gehalt ist winzig!

Warte nun seit 4 Tagen auf die Auswertung meines PCR Tests.
Zunächst bekam ich eine Email mit dem QRCode für die Corona Warn App.
Dann am nächsten Tag eine Mail, dass mein Biomaterial nicht eindeutig sei, deshalb dauere es länger.
Nach 3 Tagen habe ich an die mir per Visitenkarte mitgeteilte Adresse meinen Test mehrmals angemahnt. Dazu kamen immer Standardantworten ohne Aussage.
Nun behaupten sie, ich hätte den Befund schon erhalten, was natürlich nicht stimmt.
Telefonisch ist kein Durchkommen.
Eine sehr ernüchternde Erfahrung, schließlich ist so ein Befund nicht unbedeutend.

Ein Sauladen warten seit 5 Tagen auf unseren PCR Test und keine Rückmeldung nicht per Mail geschweige denn persönlich.

I tried to order a Covid home lateral flow test from the Eurofins website, but my card was declined. I tried again and the same thing happened. Since I needed a test urgently I ordered one elsewhere. A couple of days later I received text messages telling me that two packages from Eurofins were arriving from Royal Mail. I immediately emailed Eurofins telling them that I would be refusing the deliveries, which I did, and I can see from Royal Mail tracking numbers that they were returned. I received no reply from Eurofins to my message on Feb 21st or another one last week. I have no order number as no order was confirmed. My credit card has been charged for both these packages I hope that Eurofins will actually respond to this negative review and ensure that I am refunded. In any case I will not be using them again!

Pleased to see a response and I have completed your online form. I hope it does not take long to receive a refund as I've spent too long chasing Eurofins already!

Was die da treiben ist wirklich Geldmacherei. Meine Frau meine Kinder und Ich haben uns zu unterschiedlichen Zeitpunkten mit Corona Infiziert. Der PCR Test von allen 4. war Entweder Invalide oder nicht eindeutig. Die Wartezeit auf das Ergebnis ist überdurchschnittlich Hoch 3-6 Tagen. Man wird praktisch dazu gezwungen erneut einen Test zu machen. Dann hat man auch noch das glück das man völlig unfähige personal hat. Das Stäbchen wird einen entweder bis ins Hirn rein geschoben beim schnelltest oder beim Rachen abstrich so lange rumgebort bis man kotzt und ganz ehrlich wofür? Damit der Tests Invalide ist?

Eurofins Labo Van Poucke (België). Aangezien de PCR testen toen allemaal nieuw waren in juli 2021, heb ik al hetgeen mis liep zo gelaten: ik ben geen klager. Hoewel ik een gratis testcode had, moest ik toch betalen (55 euro). Dit was niet enkel bij mij zo, maar ik heb het zo gelaten. Nu krijg ik een rappel om opnieuw 55 euro te betalen?! Dit bedrijf kent geen schaamte. Gelukkig heb ik het bewijsstuk van betaling (9 maand geleden!) kunnen terugvinden. Scammers.

It was not an e-mail to myself, but a generic e-mail sent to ALL customers, giving them the option either to pay, or to send proof that they have paid.
Although they worked by appointment and our turn came fairly early (10 a.m.), an extreme delay had already built up. The reason: the chaotic administrative processing. The (older) clerk had a lot of trouble reading the free codes, and it was not just with me. So I just paid the 50 euros, because I had already waited long enough.
Now, apparently, everyone is asked to transfer the proof of the free code or payment. Fortunately, I still had my proof of payment from 9 months ago. But what if I don't have it any more? Or do you think I would still be able to find the free code (which they could not read) somewhere in the government's application?
I am going to ask the question differently: do you really think you (your employee) would let me take a free test, without a code and without paying?
The fact that after 9 months the choice is given: (re)pay or transfer proof of payment or free test code, is simply questionable. It is also on my mind to take further steps in this regard and to call in the competent authorities (Ministry of Economic Affairs and Health). That your administration runs poorly: that's one thing. But the 'pay' option is just a bit too much, as is the tone of your e-mail, where the request is clearly to 'make your payment'.
Furthermore, the e-mail also states that if payment has already been made, the proof must be transferred. I stand by my opinion that this is scam practice, because first one had to pass the pay desk and only then was the test taken. And again: asking for proof nine months after the fact is legally correct, but practically very questionable, especially for a sum of 50 euros - or some obscure code that was on an application and may have disappeared by the time it was used.

Appalling service, went to Birmingham to have my PCR test in November and was promised my results but never heard anything, emailed the laboratory email several times and had no reply. I had to pay £250 for an urgent test with someone else. Will never use these again. Conned me out of my money

I booked for a test kit to be sent to my home but it was not sent. I followed up with a call and a kit was then sent out but that arrived too late to be of use.
At least the call operator was helpful in sorting our the error.
