Eurofins USA foods safety assurance & certification is the worst! The Technical Manager, Tech Reviewers, Schedulers and Business Certification Unit are incompetent boobs. They make excuses and lie constantly and are never held accountable. They blame everything on the auditor or customer. There are many great CBs but Eurofins USA is not one of them. Take your business elsewhere. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Very bad customer service. They don´t answer and if they do they are not polite. They sent also bills that do not belong to my project and refuse to compensate after many emails with various made up reasons. They even tried to charge twice one project that ended two years ago. I do not trust this company.

Specifically about Eurofins Labo Van Poucke, in Brussels.
Emailing me a year after a PCR test I had asking for money for a test - not only do they not respond to emails but when I phoned the lab I was laughed at and treated with disdain. Additionally trying to extort an extra ten euros in the form of "administration fees" - why would I pay for a test I already paid for? The reason they can't find a record of my payment is because THEIR card machine wasn't working and I had to withdraw cash to pay. They have not acknowledged any of the emails I have sent with proof of me withdrawing the money. They refuse to acknowlege simple facts - why would I have been given a test if I refused to pay?
Complete vultures preying on vulnerable travellers - total scam artists trying to make quick money from tourists. Purposefully oblique customer service to try and scare people into paying. Deserve to be shut down by trading standards.

Very similar experience to other reviews. Only had one PCR test with Eurofins / Labo Van Poucke in Brussels back in 2021. 17 months later I got an invoice for a PCR test I alledgedly had in November...2022? Impossible. I do not live in Belgium and certainly wasn't there at the time. I've emailed them but they don't reply, they keep sending the same reminder, and the last one had a €10 'administration fee' added on. As per advice in another review I have reported this as fraud with meldpunt.belgie.be

I keep receiving a fraudulent invoice from Eurofins Belgium for a service that I haven’t used since November! I’ve replied several times to the email address provided, but clearly nobody acknowledges my emails. I don’t live in Belgium and I wasn’t even in Belgium the date they were mentioning in their invoice! I’m a British citizen living in the UK permanently.

The last time I was in Belgium and used your service was back in early October 2021. I had a test in a Eurofins mobile bus outside Gare Du Midi station.
I’ve paid with my card on the spot and I’ve kept a record of the payment, credited 5th of October 2021.

The invoice is clearly FALSE and I've asked repeatedly to remove my details from their records.

Today was the THIRD time I've received an email with a FALSE INVOICE. I have filed an online dispute in the The European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) against your company and filed a complaint with meldpunt.belgie.be.

If they continue sending me emails regarding this issue, it would be consider as harassment and legal action will be taken with Belgian, EU and UK authorities.
SORT YOUR BILLING PROCEDURE/SOFTWARE OUT!

Nothing wrong with the PCR testing service that Eurofins Belgium provided but they clearly have big issues with their billing software.
I don’t live in Belgium – I only went there once, back in 2021. I only took one PCR test with Eurofins, which I paid for on the spot. 9 months later, I got an email asking me to pay an invoice. I replied I had already paid (with proof), and I was told that it was all sorted out, and that I could discard the invoice sent in error. Since then, I have received another two invoices – on each of them the invoice number is different, and so is the date. They allege I had a PCR test in November 2022, which is totally impossible since I have not been to Belgium at all in 2022. I am waiting for the reply from their CS and I hope they sort this mess asap.

I had a good experience using a Eurofins mobile Covid testing unit outside Gare du Midi in Brussels back in October 2021. It was easy to pay (I paid at the appointment, and thankfully still have the proof) and the results came on time. However, in the last fortnight I have received two emails with new invoices requesting payment (for a different, slightly lower sum than the original appointment), even though I haven't used Eurofins since. Reading the reviews on here it looks like I'm not the only one to get these erroneous invoices. I'm hoping I have a better experience than others here with Eurofins customer service (that we get to the bottom of this quickly and that I am not harassed with further demands for payment). I will update you if/when this is resolved.

We did a test in France during holidays, and didn't receive the result in time...
In addition, they made a mistake in the address, and although I told them we already paid for the test. They keep sending threatening letters at my parents address for about a year now.
Avoid at all cost!

I am trying to get some testing done and it has been over a month and i still cannot get a clear answer. they want me to send samples to another lab and they will forward the samples on. i already have an account with them but the lab that can do the testing will not recognize it. they do not return calls and are very confused about customer service.

Paid for Covid Testing at a testing station in Bruxelles with a debit card prior to tests being undertaken last December. Halfway through this year, their credit control department started chasing for non-payment of invoices despite payment being made prior to the test.. This has become increasingly more aggressive despite submitting proof of payment. Terrible customer service and back office. DO NOT USE

I sent you proof of my payment in December 2021. You are harassing me and threatening me with legal action. It is you who should be threatened with legal action. I had to have a test done by Eurofins in November last year and paid for it promptly.

However, a couple of days ago they sent me another invoice requesting that I cover it again. There is clearly an issue on their end as I find it hard to believe I just randomly got an invoice for something that was performed and paid for almost a year ago.

I do hope this is a misunderstanding but the whole situation is concerning to say the least.

Update: they admitted their mistake and it has been resolved

Looks like everyone has the same problem, you pay for the service of checking food quality, then they keep sending out invoice after invoice threatening legal action. I would not recommend this company and like others, would give it zero stars if possible. I don't usually write reviews, but feel I have to warn people not to use eurofins. I sent email after email saying I have paid up, then I get a reply saying "yes, sorry you have". Then I still get another email invoice!

Lou was very interested in the fact that the cat fish died and not the koy. cat fish are bottom feeders and heavy metals go to the bottom of the pond.Lou came
to my property and he dragged several samples from the bottom ofthe pond, we also took several samples from the kitchen sink. Their were quite a few samples in
plastic bottles dark and clear glass bottles. I then gave Lou a check for $425.00 I also asked how long to get the results back? Lou stated two weeks.Well two
weeks went by then a month. One day I phoned Lou and he started to complain about the new company. Then he said let me check and see if their is anything on
the computer. He said I see paraquat at a high rate and deraquat at double the maximum! He told Sharon (my wife) to check out her symptoms and look at daraquart.
We were devistated and glad at the same time Lou said to Sharon for her to check out the
deraquat and look at her symptoms. I said to Lou "ARE YOU SURE" Lou got a bit upset and said I know what I am looking at. We started to phone the neighbors

know how to read the reports. WHAT? I did yell at Mr Rojers and said I would sue him. I told him Lou from Flowers Lab was either told to be quiet or
he is completely incompitent. Time went by and I called the main office they knew nothing about the issue. So I phoned the office spoke with a Willow

and was told she would let Ms Samantha Cockrin. A while later I was phoned by a Mr Bernard Kirkland (912-713-6814) and he was very polite and said he was
getting my refund processed.He spoke about all the problems with Flowers Chem Lab here in Madison and that he wanted toclean things up and get a better
name in Madison. I never received the refund that mr bernard kirkland promised.

Would give zero if was possible.
Disgusting way to treat long term customers - never have I experienced such awful customer service.
Will never use them again
