I took a Boots fit to fly PCR test 17/02/22.
Eurofins returned a POSITIVE result.
A follow up NHS government PCR test on 21/02/22 was negative. Lateral flow tests for 2 years negative.
Boots questioned my result with Eurofins for me, Eurofins state they stand by their result and it’s not wrong.
A recheck of the test would have been the least I expected.

I think the organisation is a criminal set-up. I was charged twice for my my test as well as for my son's test. All 4 debits are reflecting in my account and despite repeated calls for about 2 months, still no traction.

I am fuming as me and my daughter only got back half the money we paid for our day 5 test for early release.
Even though it was not our fault we received it a week too late. Totally wasted our money.
Its disgusting.
A full refund should have been given.

Worst service ever. Ordered a fit to fly PCR which I did 70 hours before my flight and postered it. I rang the day before my flight they said they have received it as it was tracked by Royal Mail but I just have to wait for the result. I rang 4 more times until the morning of my flight where they kept saying the same thing. I then received an email saying that the lab hadn’t actually received my sample 😡😡 I asked what the plan of action is so that I can fly - they said there is nothing they can do and I need to seek another test provider, I had 7 hours my flight!!! Then I requested a refunded as no service provided and they said we can give you 1/2 because you’ve used half the service. Utterly ridiculous - AVOID AT ALL COST IF YOU WANT TO GET YOUR FLIGHT

Avoid!! Eurofins decided on 25th February that they will no longer have drop locations for covid pcr tests so therefore I will not be able to send my text back on time (Royal Mail do not collect on Sundays). They took my money knowing that they were to shut down collection points (as pcr tests are of less value to them since restrictions have eased) and will not issue me a refund for the test kit even though it is of no use to me now & I have to buy a new test to travel elsewhere. Stay away from this money grabbing business!

I’m still not over how bad their service is.
I showed up at the place, it was so dirty and the only person there who handed me my test did not wear a mask.
You’re being told you’ll get the result between 24 and 36 hours.
I waited until the 36th hour and still no available certificate. When I called they say there’s a “servor issue”. My flight was in 2 hours. They guaranteed that someone would call me back in 30-40 min. No one did.
I called again when I was asked for the proof of negative PCR at check in and they said “we’re sorry it’s not fixed, and we can’t do anything until managers and supervisors start at 8am” and said yes when I asked “so im going to miss my flight because of you?”
I called after missing my flight to speak to a manager and I was put through 3 different people and each of them asked for my details everytime but I wasn’t escalated.
They refused to let me speak to a manager, and said I’d be called by one in the next 48 hours. That’s all they had to say.
When I started really really being angry they started making up lies that my result was available after 24 hours.
All their calls are recorded - apparently - so they’ll realised they lied.
I feel powerless, and taken advantage of. I still don’t know how to get a refund, or figure out how to get another flight…

There’s a video on YouTube (vegan sausage) where one of the security guards behaves in an absolutely disgusting and appalling manner.

This is a very bad image and representation of the business park.
Somebody should really have a word with this individual in regards to how he conducts himself in public and how he treats visitors to the park.

Billed us twice for test,then we had to chase them for results ,got them at midnight ,travelling that morning ,stressfull and can not contact a person about billing issue ,

I got to South Africa a lot and have to do a PCR test before I leave, and don’t live near a big city to do a drive through one. Has always been really stressful with other test providers with results not coming back in time. Eurofins was super quick. Instructions about registration were a bit confusing but other than that, very pleased. Will use again

I book as travelling to America. You cancelled my booking st Stating that you were closing your Cheltenham site. You then offered a test at other facilities of yours such as Edinburgh et cetera. Very poor service. Left me to rush around and try and get a Covid test booked at short notice with providers. Offering a refund is all well and good but you put me through an awful lot of pain and anguish trying to get a test done before I was going to fly.

Would not recommend you to anyone. You could’ve told me this weeks before you close the centre down but continue to accept bookings. Disappointed of Cheltenham.

Can't recommend. I took a fit to fly test at one of their in-person test locations. I didn't get my results on the day of flight. So I had to spend over an hour on the phone to find out what had happened. At first the call handlers didn't want to take any action to even trace the sample. Eventually they could only confirm that they couldn't locate the sample - basically it was lost and no hope for a result in time for my flight. They re-booked me to take a new test. Overall, I had to pay for the fit to fly test, the cost of rebooking my flights and an extra day of leave due to the delay in being able to travel. Contacted their help email address. No response for ten days, so repeat the contact via the web form. Then I get an answer which wasn't relevent to my complaint. No apology or refund the cost of the test. Shocking.
My only advice if you have to use Eurofins is to be prepared that you cannot rely on getting the result you paid for in the time frame required. Make sure you take a picture of the barcode on the sample tube and get a receipt for your test from the centre.

Most worse experience i ever had anywhere..

Paid for VIP test results within 8 hours at Heathrow as flying to USA who require test 1day before.
Received 3/4 of the test results. I phoned multiple times phone kept cutting off when being put through to ‘secondary phone line’ I emailed multiple times to eventually received an email to say they were retesting the sample. I had to book elsewhere as no faith left in this company. Eventually received a positive test result after 11hours, yet the company I rebooked with provided me with a negative result.
Would not recommend and would not use again which is a shame because booking and the app were good. I have now requested a refund.

Danger! The website FAQ says their PCR is nose and throat. In-person I found out it's nose only (and it will say this on the certificate). This is a problem for countries like St Lucia that require nose and throat. Don't make this mistake!

I booked a day 2 pcr test in Heathrow Airport. I specifically booked the drive through option as im not comfortable doing it on myself. It was hard to find the place and once there, there was one (one!) Person which provided me with a do it yourself test. So I had to get off the car, go get the test, test myself (not easy!) And then dropped it in a box. That's not a drive through service. I have been sold something completely different and I feel scammed. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

1 star review isn't low enough - DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.
Results were not given on time and we therefore completely missed our holiday and still refusing to give us a refund. The woman we spoke to on the helpline was completely rude and unhelpful, hanging up on us and accusing us of posting the test off incorrectly, when they had the test in the lab.

Never tern up my pcr test and I have not received a refund
