Paid for the AMC plan, but no technician ever came for the filter check/installation. No updates on shipment or invoice either. Terrible response from customer support once the payment is made. Would not recommend.

My water purifier, which is under AMC, stopped working in May 2026. Despite multiple phone calls and emails, a technician visited my home and replaced the power adaptor, charging ₹1,500 without providing any invoice. Two days later, the machine stopped working again.

After further calls and emails, another technician inspected the unit and confirmed the power adaptor was faulty and would be replaced soon. However, no action has been taken since. Each time I contact customer service, I am told a technician will visit the next day, but no one ever arrives.

Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company due to its extremely poor after‑sales service.

I have purchased AMC on 11th July 2026 since they said filter will be replaced once AMC is purchased now after purchase no one is replying back. My complaint number is CM-110726-75099333 is open. Technician is also assigned but no one picks up the call and when they pick up by mistake then there is no answer that when this will be resolved. Totally pathetic service. Please don't fall in there trap.

Buying an Aquaguard water filter from Eureka Forbes and renewing their service contract is the biggest mistake of my life. I deeply regret my decision. 🚨TOTALLY FROUD 🚨, I book AMC by app and made payment of 2699/-, but there technician say no filter kit included with this plan you have to pay for any filter kit. I request for cancellation repeatedly but no one showing the response, Try to connect nodal officer by mail, they also telling the same & when i asked for cancellation & refund they stop replying.

On 26th June 2026 they automatically cancelled my AMC but today 20 july 2026, Till not received any refund.

I was using Eureka Forbes Ro+UV Aquaguard from last 9 years and it's all the experience though out. I had AMC and as per the technician my old RO components no more getting manufactured. So I booked a new device from Aquaguard in a hurry as their service technician suggest it will be delivered faster and within next day. My surprise, it is now delayed by 3 days and none of them providing correct time when it can be installed. So pathetic customer service, technician. No one want to provide service, all they want suck money from customer without doing anything. This is the complaint no- CM-180726-75467967

Very poor service, experience ever! Their service is pathetic and they completely mislead customers. They gave me a fake warranty just to make the sale, and now nobody is willing to help or take responsibility. Extremely unprofessional company. Don't waste your time or money here.

Worst service I have seen till now. I have given the robo for the service purpose and it's repair work is not done yet. Since last 2 months they are doing the repair work every time when I call them their team member says it will be completed in 2 days and since last 2 months is not done yet. This is the worst service I have seen till not i suggest don't buy the robo cleaner from eureka forbes

Very bad service in eureka forbes auto cleaning machine i get this auto cleaning machine in last 60 days ..day one to machine did not working many mails many complaints in customer service number..but no reply...so I suggest all customers don't get eureka forbes machine they service are very bad ....don't get their product

I have purchased water purifer of eureka forbes company with in 15 days it not in woking condition, your company person came and repaired after that with in seven days now also same problem. Your company just doing sales not giving proper service. For repairing one new eureka aquagourd water purifier your company took 7 days. But still not working what a great service from your company.
They have developed app but it is running with AI replies. Finally no solution for repaire. Allotment of service person they are taking 3 to 4 days time. Once they visit, they use to tell no spares with us sir se will come on another day with spare. Like this no one came not repaired till today and problem not solved. Very worst service. My sincere advise to public is dont go for eureka products they just bagging money with sales and not giving service. 🙏🙏🙏

Don't buy as bought water purifer it was under 2 years warranty now to change the filter they are asking additional money. Horrible sales person does not know how to speak with customer name Sunil he is a pure scammer tells anything to make a sale works in Borivali office .

Purchased Aquaguard Superio UV+UF+SS and their AMC. Raised a service request 4 weeks ago. Result? Zero visits. Just the same robotic response every call “We understand your frustration, complaint has been escalated.”

Escalated to who? Ghosts?

This isn’t the first time. Same story last service too. You pay for AMC and then BEG for service that’s already yours.

Aquaguard you sell water purifiers but deliver nothing but dirty customer service.

Avoid their AMC. Complete waste of money.

They had not attended to my water purifier service requests for 2 years,they didn't even bother to take any action against their technician for whom I raised multiple escalations. I've sent them a legal notice to which they still haven't responded. I'm going to make them pay heavily in the court of law for all the harassment. These guys are useless dogs.

It’s been one month no installation yet.
Filed compliant in consumer forum still, installation not done. Now I proceed with legal.

I have purchased an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for the above products as per the attached bill.

The following service requests have already been registered:

Despite registering multiple complaints and calling your customer care more than 15 times, the issue remains unresolved. On every occasion, we are assured that an engineer will visit, but no one arrives. We only receive apologies without any actual service.

Both my wife and I are working professionals and live far from home. Based on your repeated confirmations, we have taken leave from work and stayed at home on more than 4–5 occasions waiting for your engineer. This has resulted in unnecessary loss of leave, inconvenience, and mental stress.

I have paid for the AMC service. This is a paid contractual service, not a favour or charity. I expect your company to honour its commitment and provide the service as promised.

I request you to immediately arrange the engineer's visit and ensure the issue is resolved without any further delay. Please also instruct your service team to act responsibly and avoid causing such inconvenience to customers.

If the matter is not resolved immediately, I will have no option but to escalate the issue to the appropriate consumer grievance authority/Consumer Commission and other competent authorities for deficiency in service.

I look forward to your prompt action.

I had booked for service on 4th July and a Technician was to attend on 6th July between 11am - 1pm but didn’t show after a technician called and had to reschedule the time for 6th July between 3-5pm again no show.
On Tuesday 7th July wrote to customer care got an immediate response stating my complaint has been escalated for high priority but till date no one has neither attended nor received any communication. This is how they treat their client when you need service. I would never buy their products nor recommend to anyone given their service.

Very bad service.Authorities don't even mind to rectify customer complaints.Nobody is responsible.Kind request to all not to buy anything from here. I bought a cleaning robot and had a complaint within 8 months.Registered complaint by no follow ups or rectification even after 2 months
