They dont deserve even single or half star..The worst ever services i experienced..they dont have well qualified technicians..they dont provide service on time.. i registered a complain on 25th July still today on 3rd august no technician visited my place ans solve the issues.. i called customer care 50 times also i called technician assigned to me 50 times but no reposne..do not get into this company they are fraud and cheating customers..i have complained in consumer court for the same

Eureka Forbes softener and RO are of the worst quality and provide very poor service. I recommend not buying their products because they are of very poor quality. After-sales service is also lacking, as they do not answer calls for service.

I placed an order on EurekaForbes.com to purchase a new water filter. Since placing the order, I have made so many follow-up calls to Eureka Forbes customer support. Every time I contacted them, I had to wait approximately 10–15 minutes to speak with a representative. Initially, I was repeatedly assured that the product would be delivered. Subsequently, I was informed that the order would be cancelled and that a full refund would be processed. It has now been around 20 days since the company promised to cancel the order and process the refund, but I have neither received the refund nor any clear timeline for it. Every follow-up results in vague explanations such as the refund being “in process” or that a “warehouse report is pending.” Despite my repeated efforts, the matter remains unresolved. The company has failed to deliver the new water filter, has retained my payment of ₹7,200, and has also retained my old water filter collected under the exchange offer.

Very poor service. I registered a complaint on 27 July, but no technician has visited yet. Technician informed me that they will not visit before 5 August. Such a long delay for an essential water purifier service is unacceptable. Very disappointed with Eureka Forbes' after-sales service.

You will regret buying from this company! The quality of the work is poor, and there is absolutely no customer service.

There is no such thing as customer service. There is only one number to contact, and all they ever tell you is, “I’ll check and get back to you.” They make promises, and then they stop answering your calls. There is no company number or any other way to contact them.

Everything is handled through one single number, which is either unanswered or you are simply told, “I’ll check,” and nothing ever happens.

I strongly advise you not to buy from them. You will seriously regret it afterward.

The service is extremely bad. Gave request for water leak atleast 2-3 times. The service person despite booking doesn't show up, even if they do, they take otp and leave without service claiming to come tomorrow or some other day. It has become a constant pattern. If you are unable to provide service why claim to be the best?? If this keeps up then we would definitely consider removing your machine. It's to be noted that we wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, as the after sales service is terrible.

Service of EurekaForbes is very bad. Since last 15 days complain registered but they have not provided the service. Wary day I am calling 15 times in a day but no solution. So, I will strongly suggest not to buy Eureka Forbes product.

It's soo bad that they don't respond to calls for services, I've been calling since morning even yesterday i called them. I called them literally 20 times, because we have a leakage which was already repaired by them and is still leaking because it was not repaired properly.

I purchased a Silver AMC on August 23, 2025. Yesterday (July 27, 2026), I registered a service request. However, both the customer care representatives and the local service team refused to provide the AMC service unless I agreed to replace the filter.

This is very disappointing. I purchased the AMC with the understanding that periodic maintenance, including filter cleaning, would be provided. After only 11 months, the service team is unwilling to clean the filter and is instead forcing me to replace it. This is unfair and appears to be misleading customers.

It's a very bad company.Took my money and not giving filters.I request all not to buy any product of Aqua guard.No one cares.This company should be closed

I feel trapped by Eureka, the name is big , in the name of service they are cheating. After sales service is very poor. The people's in service are not good at all. In the name of " service extension " they are cheating and grabbing money, without giving service.

Eureka customer care is like talking to ai bot. They will keep repeating the same thing over and over without sense. Best to avoid Eureka products. My vacuum bot not serviced for 2 months. Amc also not done due to number issues. Bit all money got.

I would like to give a big zero star to Eureka Forbes water purifier after service, I bought gold AMC previous year after repeated follow up and unlimited calls their technicians came once for the whole year , this year I was persuaded that after I pay online for the AMC their technician will give a call and they will come and do the service but it’s more than a week and after multiple calls and service request no body bothers, I doubt this is genuine or just a scam

@EurekaForbesCare Absolute worst service. My water purifier is not working and I filed a complaint a week ago. Your team was supposed to visit on 23rd July but nobody showed up or even called.

Very bad experience with the filter technician name samadhan patil in nashik , promises false and make me filter change for his benefit and not replaced my brocken tab of filter till now one week left. Still waiting ...

Dont buy Eureka Forbes. Pathetic service, post calling 5/6 times technician comes & also dnt do proper service despite having too much AMC money spend. Cheat company.

​Unacceptable After-Sales Service and Defective Product
​I bought a Eureka Forbes unit just 6 months ago, and it has already started leaking water constantly. Even worse than the product defect is the abysmal customer support.
​I have booked service requests multiple times, but not a single technician has turned up or bothered to contact me. The machine is well within its 1-year warranty, yet I am left dealing with a leaking unit and ignored complaints.
​Selling a product is easy, but providing basic service seems impossible for this company. Extremely disappointed. Think twice before buying from Eureka Forbes if you expect any support after purchase.

Very pathetic and faltu service hai Eureka Forbes..maine 16 July 2026 ko Yearly contract kiya water filter ka..but abhi tk inka technician Filter nahi change Kiya itna faltu service hai inka.. customer ko chutiya banate hai ye log...paise liye 1 year ke contract ke but abhi tk kohi bhi service nahi.. customer care mai call Kiya toh bolte hai hum follow up lete hai priority pe..but aaj 1 week ho gaya...mai khud follow up le raha hu but Eureka Forbes se kohi bhi replay nahi..ye log chor hai
