Poland travel was easy
using the App to schedule train rides was easy. I could not work out how to reserve seats on the app, but a trip to the train station was easy.

Your software is very difficult to use
Your software is very difficult to use. For example, if the customer is an elderly person with limited knowledge on computer and smart phone using, it is impossible for that person to understand. I got penalized for not updating my Eurailpass while I asked for help. The conductor on the train said "I don't care and I don't know. You don't update your Eurail Pass then I have to charge you 50euros each. We were a group of 5. I really want to write about my experiences to future people who want to use Eurail to avoid the same problems that we had.

This pass is not worth the money you…
This pass is not worth the money you spend. It's expensive, doesn't cover metro areas and some rail in rural spots. It also requires an additional reservation fee and the App is impossible to navigate. I would strongly suggest purchasing train tickets as you go rather than invest in this method. Complete waste of money.

Great trip

To fill in schedule, I could do in advance due to I didn’t have a Wifi. Unfortunately, I couldn't get access at many stations except Switzerland. Therefore not easy when the train disrupted to fill in exact schedule.

Re-visiting interrail after a 40-year gap - just as good as before!
In general, the website was easy to navigate and use. Booking trains was straightforward and largely hitch-free. My only concerns were:
- It wasn't always easy to estimate how much time was needed to change from one train to another. A link to a map of stations (especially large ones) would be helpful.
- On one journey, I could not used the website to reserve seats. I ended up having to do so on the train itself.
- There seems to be a flaw in the programme: I was able to reserve seats without booking a day's travel for that day.
In short, it was a great experience and I will use Eurail again.
