I was so excited to purchase this and wanted to love it so much, but unfortunately this product just does not work. They advertise that it should work on all hair types and on long hair, but it doesn’t. The first time I tried it, my hair ended up as a tangled mess. You’ve got to sleep like a corpse in a casket in order for this to stay in place overnight and if you’re a side sleeper? Forget it. I messaged the company on Instagram and they told me I must have used it wrong. They asked if I dampened my hair first, and I had. They then told me that was the issue (despite that it very clearly states in the directions that you can dampen your hair ahead of time) and tried to sell me their essence spray to improve the situation.

I decided to give it one more try, with a leave in conditioner and no dampening, only to be met with the same result: it simply didn’t curl my hair. I sent the company a photo of my hair, a highlighted copy of their instructions stating to use water, and have not gotten further response beyond their upsell. Why would I buy more of their products when the first one failed so horribly?!

If your hair is thick, long, or if you move at all in your sleep- save your money. They won’t refund it. They can’t accept the product back due to sanitary reasons, which is understandable, but if the product is this bad they should at least offer a refund.

I recently ordered a set of 3 Bun Bon heatless curlers on March 5th. Delivery was super fast and I received my order on the 7th, and I'm soo happy with them! They're way more comfortable to sleep in than other heatless curlers I've tried and they feel really good quality. Definitely recommend!

I bought these in November 2023. The first time I used them as directed, they didn’t work. I decided to try them again but when I did, one of the buttons came off and the stitching is coming apart on another one. They said their warranty is only 60 days, so I’m stuck with them. I only used them twice. I required major surgery in Dec and Jan, so I’ve had more pressing issues than trying to get the curlers to work. It’s sad, because if I tried them out sooner, I’d fall in the 60 day warranty period.

So, very disappointed for the price that they didn’t last a second use.

I’ve just been told I can use it without the buttons. There is no wire or fixing devices so if you have fine hair like me, that definitely doesn’t work.

Start to finish brilliant company, I messaged and was responded to very quickly. The product itself was beautifully boxed and delivery super quick but mainly the product is far superior to other cheap versions on the market. I have bought cheap amazon versions but couldn't sleep wearing them so pointless. I bought the original heatless curler and bun ones and I got such a good night's sleep hold the hair better and woke up still in after sleeping. Can't recommend the company or product enough!!

I purchased the original size curler from Eternal Muse after finding a cheap one that was bought as a gift just didn't work and because my 8 year old daughter also wanted curls.
I ordered on the Thursday afternoon, paid for priority delivery and was excited to receive it on the Saturday, just in time to use for an event on Sunday. The packaging is simply beautiful and unexpected.
I used the curler Saturday night, and it worked perfectly on my hair, and I had curls for three days! I'm now on my second use of the week.
We then tried it in my daughters hair and unfortunately it didn't work, although, this is not the fault of the curler. My daughter has VERY thick, heavy hair, so I ordered her the mini so we could try a tighter curl. It arrived this afternoon and we popped it in for 2 hours on dampened hair in the hopes she'd have curls for her dance class. She did, and she was so, so overjoyed to finally find something that worked for her.

I absolutely love eternal muse and their products! The quality of the products is insane! The packaging is beautiful! And the customer service is literally impeccable! I ordered a birthday present for my mum which did not arrive due to being misplaced by the delivery driver. Emily and the team responded to my emails so quickly and kindly! They offered to send the package straight back out with a tracking link and an added extra for the inconvenience of my mum not receiving her present on her birthday! I honestly can’t thank Emily and her team enough for the incredible service provided! Kind, caring & approachable throughout! Would honestly recommend this brand to anyone! Thanks so much! Keep up the incredible work!

Products are amazing quality. I ordered to an address in England and missed the order and Emily was so kind organising the order to be re-delivered.

Well worth paying premium for the quality of these over the dupes you can buy on Amazon. I now have the mini, regular, jumbo and the bunbons - haven't quite got the hang of the bunbons yet but that's me.

Love the packaging seems a shame to recycle after. Be a lovely present for someone as well!

The best heatless curlers I’ve EVER used! My hair has always been terrible at holding curls, and nothing has ever worked for them, until I tried the Bun Bons from Eternal Muse. To say my hair has been changed is an understatement. Wholeheartedly recommend these to anyone! ✨

What I initially thought of as a scam, is now a lack of order fulfillment.
I placed an order 12/10/23. Reached out to customer service and they assured me that my package would be delivered 12/22/23, 12/27/23 and then once again 12/29/23. I’ve been so excited to receive my products but they still have not delivered. There is no tracking updates. I think I just got scammed so just beware of this company. They have great marketing tactics on TikTok but fail in customer service. (Btw. I am in US) They keep making lives/and posting content but ignore concerned customers. What a waste of $132! DO NOT BUY!! They recently went live on Instagram saying they would price match with Amazon prices and have ignored my emails for an order cancellation!! Do NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!

UPDATE a package arrived and yet it still wasn’t my entire package. One month and thirteen days later and I’m still missing products??! I assumed maybe there was a second parcel sent but to my dismay the tracking says delivered. I received a beat up box and only one pillow with two hair mist. Honestly, I don’t know what to believe. I will say the pillow does feel soft but it’s sooo thin.
My total was $132. I purchased two pillows, a Jumbo size heat set and a fine hair mist.
I wish I could share the photos. I’ve emailed about the missing items and currently waiting for a response. I’ll update as things unfold.

Update January 28,2023

After receiving my “package” I emailed the Eternal Muse team.

This was their response, “ Upon thorough investigation, we have confirmed that our courier collected four items during the collection process, aligning precisely with the weight specified on the label. We understand the disappointment caused by the missing items and deeply regret any inconvenience during the delivery.”

While I don’t disagree. I’m suree the package left the facility with the “weight specifications“. But they did not send me the correct products. I was still missing a pillow and my jumbo hair roller. Both of which they replaced with and extra hair mist, The Quintessence. (Which made my hair smell bad.)

Thought-out all my emails I was very polite. This company does not value their customers. At least not in the U.S. or any other country from the reviews I have read so far. The eternal muse team has been petty and used their platform to take advantage of so many people. When some do receive their package it’s often at a loss because their orders are not completely fulfilled.

I will end this by saying, the one pillow I receive was awful and smelled so bad I can’t use it.

I emailed the team to ask for my products and they have not responded.

This was the last thing they said to me.

“Should you decide to escalate this matter with your financial institution, we completely understand, and we sincerely apologise if you feel it is necessary to take that step.”

Believe me, I really wanted and looked forward to everything I purchased and I splurged for a Christmas gift to myself that ended without the product and without the money. This company led me on a manipulative string to carry on conversations until the 30 day window ended.

Save your money and your sanity. 😮‍💨

Yes they did refund me my $10 for delivery charges but that doesn’tcompare to the amount of $70 worth of product that was still missing. Yes of course I was skeptical that my products would be missing and they were. I’m so tired of this company trying to validate itself. Why would I personally want to ruin them? I actually wanted to use their products that everyone seems so happy about. 😏 but don’t take the advice of a paying customer a let this company continue to take advantage of people. 🤷🏻‍♀️ They refuse to respond to my email asking where my products are but will reply to a review to “make a point”. The drama that surrounds this company is a joke. 🎭

Great products - I am a third time happy customer! Customer service is swift and friendly! My order arrived 30min before I left for the airport on my holiday. Couldn’t be happier with the support received by Emily. Fab job, girlies!

DO NOT USE.

I bought the bon bons that they keep pushing TikTok. The product reeked of cheap glue. I asked to be refunded or sent the product back. They agreed to send me 10 euros back. This was in August I got the lousy 10 euro last week.

They also blocked me on TikTok after writing that the product is smelly. If you value good hair don’t purchase

Although tracking the parcel was a bit confusing, Emily was super helpful and prompt with looking into my order and giving me updates. I am very satisfied with the product so far and it has given me great results!

Save your money, was excited to buy the jumbo heatless curler and it arrived smelled very strong. I decided to use it and it’s a fail. I’m better off using other well known brands or even a sock. I decided to reach out and customer service only caught the part that said I used it and replied back with it’s already been used. It’s 40… you think it would work better but it’s just the same as others. Nothing special. Save your money.

Really pleased with these! They’ve been coming up on my tiktok for months but I’ve been wary of making the purchase in case it’s a scam. I bought them through the website, the product is exactly as advertised in appearance and feel (although I haven’t slept in them yet). Turned up the next day, no delivery fee, in a beautiful box. Very impressed.

i’ve been eyeing up an eternal muse heatless curler for months now but never wanted to commit as i wasn’t sure if it was worth the money. I bought a heatless curler off tiktok shop and even though it was definitely low quality and a pain to sleep in - it did the trick! after using it on a daily basis i decided to take the plunge and buy an eternal muse Jumbo heatless curler - that way i technically have 2 different sizes and i’m not purchasing the same thing twice! the first thing i noticed was the absolutely gorgeous packaging, it was decadent and absolutely stunning. even the box it came in i will be keeping! i LOVE attention to detail and high quality packaging so already off to a good start!! the curler itself is so soft and silky, it looks and feels gorgeous! it feels high quality too, the best part being as the fluff inside is so soft that it’s a dream to sleep in. my old curler used to keep me up at night but this is like sleeping in a squish mallow!! the results in my hair are gorgeous and save me so much time getting ready. i will be buying the bon bons next that’s for sure!!!! a must purchase

The product doesn’t work. I tried it on 2 occasions watching the u tube blogs etc to make sure I was using it correctly. so I returned the product at my own expense and advised why and that I had used the product and it didn’t work. Got an email telling me that it’s been used therefore I won’t get a refund and that I would need to pay for it to be returned to me if I wanted it back 😩

I’ve bought every size curler besides the mini, and I’ve been satisfied with every one! the quality of them are great, and I use these daily for quick and easy hairstyling. If you’re willing to learn how to put them in, they’re worth buying! Not only were the products amazing, but the staff is incredible. Three products I ordered got stolen during the shipment process before it even got to my house, and customer service was incredibly helpful. Once I sent over videos and photos, they resent them and they arrived at my house only a few days later. Such good products, and lovely customer service. I’d definitely recommend this brand!
