I love using Eternal Muse. I have purchased the bon-bons, midi, and mini heatless curls and the satin hair bonnet. My hair is easy to style in the morning and has never looked better or healthier. I will continue to recommend Eternal Muse to my friends and family if they wish for an easy way to style their hair.

Shipping is always a breeze. I had no issues ever receiving packages from EM, before and after the tariffs. And the products are such high quality. I feel so luxe when I use them. High quality and beautiful branding is the recipe to always get my support!

Stunning products, so pleased with my items. The box is beautiful but sadly it was slightly broken when it arrived.

Great products quick to dispatch

I don’t normally write reviews (who has the time?) but this product is amazing. As someone who has unruly hair, these are 💯 worth the hype. The curls really do stay and it is super soft to sleep in whether you are a side or back sleeper. Not an ad but I have purchased 5 pairs now and would not shop anywhere else. The spray locks in the curl and keeps your hair soft and manageable. Keep doing what your doing Eternal Muse.

I’ve ordered from Eternal Muse for years. Not once have I ever been disappointed with a product. Their customer service is second to none. I trust that new products aren’t released for the sake of it. The company has integrity that is hard to find these days. I will always trust them with my money.

Zero heat mini size is makkelijk te gebruiken en totaal geen last met slapen. Nu ik ook de quintessence gebruik blijven de krullen zelfs bij mij de hele dag, en soms wel twee dagen, heel goed zitten zonder ze te moeten ‘vastlijmen’ met allerlei haarsprays. De krullen zijn veerkrachtig en blijven nu ook lekker ‘bouncy’.
Dit alles is veel beter en gezonder voor mijn haar.
Ik heb de hair mist dan ook weer opnieuw gekocht.

I have been a long time customer since 2021 and haven’t used heat on my hair since then. I get compliments on my hair everywhere I go and nobody believes that they’re heatless curls. I have every size (2 of the mini and midi sizes 🙈) and recommend to everyone!

Ever since the first day of using Eternal Muse I have actually never had a bad hair day. This is genuinely my experience and I recommend it to everyone I now. I get compliments about my hair nearly every day and I am able to sleep very comfortable with the curler. Right now I own the midi, mini and jumbo curler and also the bon bons (those I wouldn’t recommend personally) and the quintesse mist, and I really love all of the product (except maybe for the bonbons, because I have a hard time using them). If you’ve seen the social media videos of Eternal Muse I feel obliged to mention that the curlers are that realible to take them out .2 seconds before an appointment. I really love this brand and would definitely recommend! 💗💗

Eternal Muse products are extremely high quality and always get me compliments on the curls they produce. The products are always beautifully presented and I have been buying from them for 3 years now, wouldn’t try any other heatless curlers.

I have purchased from this company several times and have never once been disappointed; their products are genuine, and I enjoy using them.

I own the “original” and the “jumbo” heatless curler sets, I really like the products and the outcomes. They are easy to put in before bed and then voilà I have gorgeous curls first thing in the morning! As a busy momma to four young children, it sure is a morality boost to wake up feeling more polished and put together. Thank you Eternal Muse for making a heatless curler that is pretty “effortless” and relatively comfortable to sleep in. When my husband and I traveled abroad a few months back, i didn’t bring a curling iron - i just used my “original” size heatless curler and had great hair while abroad! I’ve told many friends about these and they have also purchased and raved about the outcomes! Love this brand / company!

After seeing the videos on TikTok I thought let’s give it a try and I’m so glad I did. My hair is down to my bottom so struggles to hold curls. I’ve tried a wand, the Dyson air wrap and straighteners to get the curls. Don’t get me wrong, they look good for an hour max but then they drop and disappear. Then came the heartless curler from Eternal Muse. It took a few gos to get it right and sleep comfortably, but the curls it gives are beautiful. They last days! This has now become an important part in my routine and I love it. Best part is, you aren’t damaging your hair with heat either. Just use the mist spray to start then once you’ve removed the curler spray over a bit of texture spray which always works for me. Always get compliments after using this.

A great company that I’ve bought from a number of times over the years. Their products feel so high-quality and luxurious, and they last beautifully! By far the most comfortable heatless curlers I’ve tried, and their styling spray and new hair oil are also gorgeous.

The product and the service are second to none!

Works perfectly everytime, once youve got the hang on it, thoroughly recommend referring to their tutorials as the technique has come on over the years.

I have a selection of sizes, the comb and the most recent addition has been the hair oil, which yes is pricey but its incredible

I would strongly advise others to think carefully before ordering from Eternal Muse.

I purchased an item for my daughter and it was the wrong colour so I returned it unused, paying for the return postage myself. My return was then rejected because eternal muse claimed the item had been “used and had stains and a strong perfume scent”.

I know the item was never used as I never even gave it to my daughter. Had it genuinely been stained or damaged, I wouldn’t have wasted my own money paying to return it, knowing it would obviously be rejected.

The biggest issue for me was the ‘evidence’ they provided. They sent me a video which they claimed showed my parcel being opened upon arrival. However, I noticed several discrepancies that immediately made me question whether this was genuinely the first time the parcel had been opened.

The video contained no timestamp or date showing when it was filmed. The postage shown on the parcel didn’t match the postage I had paid. The packaging inside also didn’t match how I had packed the item before sending it back. Some of the marks they pointed out were simply the nature of the satin material, yet they immediately focused on one alleged stain within seconds of opening the parcel, rather than inspecting the item naturally. It felt as though they already knew exactly what they were looking for.

I repeatedly asked them to provide evidence of when the video had actually been recorded so I could verify it was filmed when they claimed. This was a simple request.

Instead, they stopped replying altogether, for over 6 months.

I sent multiple follow up emails over the following months asking why I was no longer receiving a response, but they ignored every one of them.

At this point, they still had both my item and my money.

Throughout this process they repeatedly stated they had sent me an invoice for the fee required to have my item returned. I hadn’t received this invoice, meaning my item remained with them while I was unable to pay a fee anyway. It felt like the situation had reached a complete standstill with no communication from the company for over 6 months!

In the end after months of chasing, I wrote another saying I would be reporting them and I then eventually got the invoice sent for the £2.55 reshipment fee simply to get my own item back. By this point I had already paid for the original order with postage, paid to return it and then had to pay again just to recover my own property.

What disappointed me most wasn’t even the money. It was the complete lack of transparency and customer service. Every concern I raised was dismissed and when I asked questions that I felt were reasonable, the communication simply stopped.

Since this happened, I’ve noticed a number of other reviews describing very similar experiences with returns, which has made me feel even less confident in the process.

Based on my experience, I would not purchase from Eternal Muse again, and unfortunately I cannot recommend them.

What I find most disappointing is that all of this was over £2.55.

Rather than trying to resolve the situation with a customer who had made every effort to communicate, eternal muse chose to spend months defending their position, ignore repeated emails, and continue withholding my item until another payment was made.

To me that is an incredibly poor way to treat a customer and reflects very badly on the business. Even if they genuinely believed their assessment was correct, six months of ignoring emails while retaining both a customer’s item and money is not an acceptable level of customer service, especially over £2.55.

Update 11th July- I received the Heatless curler back and there is genuinely NO scent of perfume on it and I cannot see the ‘stain’, as many other reviews have suggested this seems like a scam to get people to not be able to return their items. Don’t shop here

The packaging is stunning and feels luxorious, the original size heatless curler is probably the softest and most comfortable heatless curler ive ever used and actually can sleep in, hence why I gave it 2 starts, otherwise it would have got 1 star. Apart from the packaging and the comfort, it does nothing to my hair. My hair falls out flat after an hour and the curls are mid at best. My £5 heatless curler i got from etsy in the middle of lockdown in 2020 gives me more defined and long lasting curls than this £30 one from Eternal Muse. I also got the bun bons and once again super disappointed as they dont give the blow dry look i was hoping for and the hair falls flat in about an hour and just stays frizzy and unfinished all day. I wish i could return it because it is the biggest waste of money.
