My hair is very fine, I though I would give this product a go. At first my hair kept slipping out, I then sprayed it with water. Stayed in all night, I took the curler out this morning and I have lovely bouncy curls. I also ordered the curl comb which is also amazing. My delivery came in a beautiful box. The scrunchies are so soft. I am delighted with my order.

Hey, I received the mini hair robe i ordered. I just want to say it’s absolutely amazing! I cannot believe how good it is. My curls looked amazing this morning when I took my hair out. My hair was soft and non frizzy. Also I could sleep in it! It didn’t feel like I had anything in my hair. The amount of robes I’ve tried and have had a terrible night sleep but this is just a game changer! Thank you so much 💕 I would definitely recommend to anyone x

It has arrived! Ordered on Wednesday and arrived Saturday. The packaging is so lovely, looks really expensive, the product itself (jumbo curler) is sooo soft, so much softer than I expected and the scrunchies are excellent quality. Absolutely can't wait to get the hang of it and try it out! In the lead up to receiving my eternal muse curler I had a few questions and their customer service via Instagram was second to none, very responsive and informative. Very happy indeed!

I thought I would support this company by buying from them directly, as I prefer to buy from smaller businesses than Amazon.
I paid 10 EUR for shipping to Austria. Once the package arrived, I was forced to pay another 10 EUR for custom duties on a 30 EUR order!!

After writing to customer service, they say it is mentioned on their FAQs, there is nothing they can do. It is not mentioned on the order page, not in the shop, not in any email correspondence confirming your order. To me this is a clearly deceitful practise and intransparent. I ended up paying 20 EUR in shipping and customs on a 30 EUR order.

Ordered the product in normal size with comb. Packaging and brand lovely, just such a shame the product doesn't remotely work and they don't accept refunds. Total waste of time and money. Wouldn't recommend. I have thick but fine hair, easy to curl and didn't once come away with a single curl despite following tutorials and being left in for 13 hours. Either the product doesn't work or its incredibly complicated to use, at which point I'll take heated curlers. If you look to try this method, note the price and awful refund policy before purchasing. Feedback has been given it should be on ordering page rather than FAQs. Disappointing customer service.

Incredible product. I received my curler in the mail after six days, and the packaging was super cute.

I’m not one to make reviews but I was SO impressed. I had perfect curls on the first try. I made sure my hair was pin straight, used a little water on the ends and put the curler in, which took no time at all. I comfortably slept seven hours and the curls were stunning, all I needed was to comb them out (I used their comb which I loved) and a little hairspray and I was set. I actually took a video of my reaction as I took them out and Emily from the team was so sweet and gracious when she thanked me personally and reposted my video!

I ordered the Original heartless curler, the product itself was well made with beautiful packaging and very easy to use. It was comfortable to sleep at night unlike a lot of other heartless curlers of this sort.

I’ve tried all their tips and tricks to make it work but I just come out with pretty much straight hair when I wake up…. A SLIGHT awkward curl that just falls out in 5 minutes. The regular size is not particularly comfortable to sleep in either - despite what they say in the ads. I’ve tried leaving comments asking for help but it just gets ignored.
And to be fair, maybe it’s just MY hair… I have thin, long hair. Lots of it, but very thin. But I, personally, wouldn’t recommend this product.

Such a good high quality product! I have bought 3 different sizes; mini, midi, and original. Personally, my favorite is the midi, but all 3 curlers work and give beautiful curls! So comfortable to sleep in. I love the curls this gives. Best heatless curler method, and I have tried alot. I live in the US so shipping does take a while, but thats not the companies fault. I have also purchased the curl comb which is also a great product and helps tame the curl without making it fall

I am not the person to post a bad review but this is mind blowing!

I was beyond exited to place my first order at eternal muse the 25th of may after following its Instagram page for quite a while, unfortunately I still haven’t received my package. It was sent back due a postal mistake on the carrier’s side. I contacted the costumer service and they would look into it. After days of back and forth mailing they either want me to pay another 9 pounds for shipping or send me the money back without the 10 euro’s that I already payed for the shipping. I just want the product that I payed for!!!! Insane I have never ever had such a horrible costumer service!!
I don’t have my product and I don’t even have my money back!!! I hope they will come with a good solution otherwise I will never order again

I ordered a midi curler in their ‘quality control section’ via toktok Monday which was delivered Wednesday, amazing product! I then ordered an original curler from the same line yesterday (Thursday) and a set of 3 bun bons which were delivered today. Can’t see any issues/material defects with either of the items and can’t wait to try the bun bons. Super impressed with the delivery speed. Items packages beautifully.

I ordered their BunBons set to the US and the product came in beautiful packaging and worked amazing! There was a bit of a tracking issue with the package as it was coming from the UK, but their customer service team responded quickly and looked into the issue for me! I ordered on June 7 and it came on June 20!

Absolutely love my heatless curler. I get so many comments asking how i did my hair and people can't believe it when i tell them it took me 2 mins!

Went over and above to sort my issue out. Really wasn’t expecting what was sent out. Over the moon with the product and customer service and communication was impeccable!! Would recommend to anyone
