The concept works, and the results were fine while it lasted — nothing to make the price point worth the it, but their customer service was advertised as being exceptional. Unfortunately, the durability is poor. The cheaply made plastic clip broke after a few months of normal use, and since it is essential to the system, the entire product becomes unusable. I purchased this in November and the clip broke in March. I used it maybe once every 2 weeks. There is no option to purchase replacement parts, which makes this feel poorly designed for long-term use given the price. Jenna from “Customer Care” confirmed there is no replacement available outside warranty, and they took a long time replying to my email. I would not recommend this product. There are much cheaper alternatives that don’t shut the customer out like this over something so small and easily fixable.

Leider enttäuschend. Das Produkt ist deutlich überteuert, man zahlt hauptsächlich für Marketing und Verpackung.
Das Material ist zwar okay, aber die versprochenen Vorteile (Komfort, Schlafqualität etc.) wurden nicht erfüllt.
Da hab ich selbe Produkte von günstigeren Marken die deutlich besser sind. Würde ich nicht nochmal kaufen

I purchased the jumbo bun bons recently. I've used heatless curlers for years and wanted to try a different type. They were a lovely colour, but absolutely did not work on my hair at all! They also left me with strange dents in my hair from where the rollers sat, which I had to use water to remove in the mornings. Also, in their description they said choose this roller for bouncy blow-dry curls. When I emailed them to say that I wasn't getting any results, they said the curler is only for hair that is already thick and curly, so that's why it isn't working! I can't believe they didn't include that vital info on their product description - then I wouldn't have wasted my money on a product that's not even real silk. Very disappointed.

Excellent customer service. My product arrived leaking because of a loosely tightened top. Customer services were excellent and immediately sent a replacement.

I have the best customer experience , I had ordered the wrong item & contacted Jemma in customer service which she corrected straight away but unfortunately due to finishing night shifts & sleep deprivation I had messed the order up completely & wanted the original purchase I had made , Jemma literally went above & beyond to help me responded within minutes to sort the problem that I had created in the first place when they didn’t have to help at all because it was my mistake but honestly the best customer experience I think I’ve ever experienced . Amazing staff , if I could give you 10 stars I would . Thanks again

So I got an original size curler and waited around week or so (Croatia).
I really looked forward to receiving the package.
I have to mention here that I had some random heatless curler from DM (by henkel) so I already kinda had the technique for wrapping the hair.
Than the package arrived. Firstly, the box itself, the whole package looked very very nice, like it was some premium high end product (I now keep the box next to my books!).
Anyways, I tried it and it is so smooth, soft, and seemed very comfotable to sleep with.
So since then I have been using it, and each and every time my technique is better and hair is more beautiful! And it really is comfortable to sleep with!
I used to use steampod every time I washed my hair, but now with this, I really don't have to. My hair is already more healthy!
To conclude, you just need to learn how to do this right, use some light product (like the mist) to keep the curls on longer, and trust me, you won't regret it. Worth of every cent.
I now plan on ordering bun bons, and the pillow as well.

Very comfy, stays in, does not curl my hair at all. I’ve tried multiple times and have the spray and followed all tutorials, not a good brand unfortunately I have another that works well so I know it’s not my hair

I am literally obsessed and pleasantly surprised with how amazing eternal muse heaters curlers works and makes my hair look beautiful!! First I’d like to say their customer service is exceptional. When I made my purchase originally, I forgot to put the TikTok discount in and when I message them, they applied the discount. So I was influenced to buy eternal muse, heatless curlers on TikTok. Like everyone else. And after watching the videos, I thought, there’s no way it’s that easy. So I just tried them out and only had them in my hair for two hours and literally guys, it works! Trust the process listen to their videos. Do the smallest sections you can and you will have effortlessly beautiful curly hair. Even my boyfriend was amazed.

Received a product that clearly has been used with deep dents from where hair ties were used on the rod. Very disappointing for the price and quite frankly unhygienic.

Before even testing the heatless curler, Eternal Muse already gave a very positive impression. Accidentally they've send the wrong colour to me. After informing them about the mistake, they happily wanted to solve this issue by sending the right colour towards me. On top - as a gesture of their appreciation and for my understanding through this error - they let me keep the 'wrong' colour, which ofcourse will be passed towards one of my dear friends to try it out.

The heatless curler is really soft and comfortable to sleep with, which was very important to me. The curls last very long and I am very happy with it!

Ordered after Christmas after seeing on YouTube , opened package took 1 out decided it wasn’t suitable would slip out of my fine hair. Sent back and now they claim they’ve been used when they haven’t, 2 rods and 3 caps haven’t even been out of the box, It’s your word against theirs and the attitude is pay for postage back to you or we bin them. For that reason I’d not recommend to anyone because you’re not going to get a refund !

Medium result. I have been using the kitsch ones so far and they were better. I like the eternal muse ones better in terms of design and flexibility (it feels like they are going to last longer) and they are sodft without a wire . But the wire is to keep them straight. Sometimes they dont get braided straight because of the lack of a wire.
PS. the courier brought my package squized, almost broken. I contacted eternal muse about it and they offered to replace just the box. I explained that its not about the box. Its the fact that i paid for something that came in this condition, let alone squized. Got no reply after that. Companies should reaally pay attention to the couriers. We pay to get broken stuff..

After trying countless hair curlers, I finally found Eternal Muse jumbo size curler that work for my long, thick hair. These are by far the most comfortable I’ve used and super soft for frizzy hair. Packaging was so pretty also.

The customer service was amazing. They were incredibly kind and responded so quickly to my questions.

Do not bother buying at Eternal Muse, as their customer service is non-existent. I bought my daughter the bun bons and the mist for more than £50. She has very beautiful long thick hair, very easy to style. She put them on one night, with the mist, and the next morning, results were 0: even her trick putting socks on works better. She was very disappointed and although I sent 3 emails to their customer services to see what solution they would offer (exchange or return), they would not hear anything and stood behind a hygiene policy they have (which seems to be mentioned in the FaQ, which no one reads). I was as well informed that the bun bons were not doing as many curls as their other products: why isn’t that mention on the product description? All in all, that’s a waste of time and money. Better keep on buying on brands we know and trust, as they can provide with a solution if you wish to return the product.

I am so happy with the quality of the products ordered from Eternal Muse. I ordered the Bun Bons and Midi sized heartless curler. They are soft, comfortable, pretty, and make beautiful curls. The packaging was equally beautiful and such a nice touch..

My package was lost temporarily during the delivery. Jenna and the team at Eternal Muse offered exceptional customer service. They were responsiveness, kind and so helpful in resolving the issue. I will definitely order from Eternal Muse again. I want to try all their products now and will recommend to friends and family. Thank you!

J’avais commandé pour la première fois il y a 6 ans et j’avais été ravie du produit. Ici j’ai commandé le JUMBO pour changer de taille, et non seulement je suis ravie du produit mais l’expérience client / le packaging s’est également énormément améliorée! Je ne peux que recommander cette marque.

I had a delivery problem - nothing to do with eternal muse, however, their customer service was absolutely spot on, very quick at responding. Sorted my problem very quickly. I already have a few of their products & love ordering from this site! Will absolutely continue to order from them!

It is true that these are the softest heartless curlers you will ever get. I got the midi size. I am a side sleeper who turns all night and not once have they been uncomfortable. They are SO soft they feel like part of your pillow !
I got the comb and spray as well and my curls will last days.
Side note: their customer service was fantastic ! I ordered the wrong colour by mistake, popped an email to ask if it could be altered, but it was for next day delivery. I thought it would be unlikely, it’s only colour at the end of the day
I had the nicest response the following day, saying they’d amended the order, shipped it and the whole experience was great
