Works perfectly everytime, once youve got the hang on it, thoroughly recommend referring to their tutorials as the technique has come on over the years.

I have a selection of sizes, the comb and the most recent addition has been the hair oil, which yes is pricey but its incredible

I would strongly advise others to think carefully before ordering from Eternal Muse.

I purchased an item for my daughter and it was the wrong colour so I returned it unused, paying for the return postage myself. My return was then rejected because eternal muse claimed the item had been “used and had stains and a strong perfume scent”.

I know the item was never used as I never even gave it to my daughter. Had it genuinely been stained or damaged, I wouldn’t have wasted my own money paying to return it, knowing it would obviously be rejected.

The biggest issue for me was the ‘evidence’ they provided. They sent me a video which they claimed showed my parcel being opened upon arrival. However, I noticed several discrepancies that immediately made me question whether this was genuinely the first time the parcel had been opened.

The video contained no timestamp or date showing when it was filmed. The postage shown on the parcel didn’t match the postage I had paid. The packaging inside also didn’t match how I had packed the item before sending it back. Some of the marks they pointed out were simply the nature of the satin material, yet they immediately focused on one alleged stain within seconds of opening the parcel, rather than inspecting the item naturally. It felt as though they already knew exactly what they were looking for.

I repeatedly asked them to provide evidence of when the video had actually been recorded so I could verify it was filmed when they claimed. This was a simple request.

Instead, they stopped replying altogether, for over 6 months.

I sent multiple follow up emails over the following months asking why I was no longer receiving a response, but they ignored every one of them.

At this point, they still had both my item and my money.

Throughout this process they repeatedly stated they had sent me an invoice for the fee required to have my item returned. I hadn’t received this invoice, meaning my item remained with them while I was unable to pay a fee anyway. It felt like the situation had reached a complete standstill with no communication from the company for over 6 months!

In the end after months of chasing, I wrote another saying I would be reporting them and I then eventually got the invoice sent for the £2.55 reshipment fee simply to get my own item back. By this point I had already paid for the original order with postage, paid to return it and then had to pay again just to recover my own property.

What disappointed me most wasn’t even the money. It was the complete lack of transparency and customer service. Every concern I raised was dismissed and when I asked questions that I felt were reasonable, the communication simply stopped.

Since this happened, I’ve noticed a number of other reviews describing very similar experiences with returns, which has made me feel even less confident in the process.

Based on my experience, I would not purchase from Eternal Muse again, and unfortunately I cannot recommend them.

What I find most disappointing is that all of this was over £2.55.

Rather than trying to resolve the situation with a customer who had made every effort to communicate, eternal muse chose to spend months defending their position, ignore repeated emails, and continue withholding my item until another payment was made.

To me that is an incredibly poor way to treat a customer and reflects very badly on the business. Even if they genuinely believed their assessment was correct, six months of ignoring emails while retaining both a customer’s item and money is not an acceptable level of customer service, especially over £2.55.

Update 11th July- I received the Heatless curler back and there is genuinely NO scent of perfume on it and I cannot see the ‘stain’, as many other reviews have suggested this seems like a scam to get people to not be able to return their items. Don’t shop here

The packaging is stunning and feels luxorious, the original size heatless curler is probably the softest and most comfortable heatless curler ive ever used and actually can sleep in, hence why I gave it 2 starts, otherwise it would have got 1 star. Apart from the packaging and the comfort, it does nothing to my hair. My hair falls out flat after an hour and the curls are mid at best. My £5 heatless curler i got from etsy in the middle of lockdown in 2020 gives me more defined and long lasting curls than this £30 one from Eternal Muse. I also got the bun bons and once again super disappointed as they dont give the blow dry look i was hoping for and the hair falls flat in about an hour and just stays frizzy and unfinished all day. I wish i could return it because it is the biggest waste of money.

I've been using Eternal Muse products for a long time now, and I have to say, they are truly the best combination I've ever tried. From their silk hair roller to the Quintessence, these products give me beautiful hair—better than any hairdresser styling—without damaging it. I have very long, heavy Italian hair, and this is the best method I’ve found—whether I need a look for an event or just while traveling. Since moving to Italy, I’ve had them shipped here, and during the last delivery, we had a terrible experience with the courier. It was a real struggle to get them, but the customer service was absolutely amazing. They supported me through the whole process. Even though the courier couldn’t complete the delivery, they offered a refund and gave me the products as a gift to apologize, even though it wasn’t their fault. Beyond the fact that their products are the best, their customer service is truly impeccable. I would recommend them to anyone. They have the best products, the best service, and a beautiful company ethos. I wish every company could care this much for their customers. This gesture has guaranteed them a customer for life—even though I would have kept buying anyway, because, as I said, they are simply the best.

Don’t order from this company! I ordered the wrong size, returned unused and re-ordered in the right size and they are refusing to refund my original order when I never used it! Their curlers are no better than something you can get in primark or on Amazon, I’ve spent close to £100 because they won’t refund my original order. Absolute scammers.

Ordered the mini pink heatless curler and it arrived beautiful. I don’t think I’ve ever come across a brand that has put so much thought into the packaging etc it’s so gorgeous and definitely adds to the overall product / experience. Will definitely buy again when my hairs grows. Thank you!

I’ve been a loyal Eternal Muse customer with three curlers, so I was disappointed by my recent experience with the Zero Heat Set Mini in MULBERRY.

The curler arrived noticeably stiffer and harder than my other Eternal Muse products — including the CANDY colour from the same set. When I raised this, I was told it would soften with use and that I was welcome to return it if I remained unhappy. I continued using it as advised, but it didn’t improve.

When I requested a refund, I was then told that used items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons — despite having been encouraged to use it first. After several emails, the team acknowledged the wording of their initial response was unclear, but still declined to offer a refund or exchange.

The product quality was inconsistent and the customer service, while polite, was contradictory and ultimately unhelpful. They lost me as a customer and I won’t be purchasing again.

So the negative reviews talking about how their curls aren’t staying in, I’m not sure why. I watched many of the tutorials eternal muse posted, and I followed them closely, and my hair comes out perfect every time AND my curls last for two days(they’re not as tight/curly but I have waves and some loose banana curls leftover). BUT, using the quintessence spray is essential for this to happen and you must use it as they say, applying to each SMALL section before you wrap your curl. I also let mine sit for a minimum of 8 hours, and I think that’s why they last so long too. I am the type of girl who isn’t good at doing hair, or blowouts so that’s what attracted me to this brand. I tried Amazon brand HEATLESS curlers and they weren’t coming out as nice as when I use the EM ones. I think the quintessence spray makes A WORLD of a difference. I just ordered their honey ampoule and the hair mask, so when that comes in, I will update this review to let you guys know if that is worth it also! Lastly, the packaging is so luxurious. It makes you feel so special when you receive it, and I never splurge on myself so it was a nice added touch. Shipping has been pretty quick, I am based in the US. No surprise tariff fees either. Their customer service team (her name was Jemma)has been really sweet to me via email when I was having an issue locating my FedEx tracking number. Thank you eternal muse, I’ll continue to recommend this brand to everyone.

I love these guys! I first tried heatless curlers from Amazon and it was awful I didn't get any sleep and it was so hard to sleep in. After many videos I decided to splurge and get the one from Eternal Muse because they swore it was different. They were not kidding! Since then I have bought the bun buns, the original, the mini, and the large one I forget what it's called. I haven't used heat on my hair for at least a year and I only use these. The quintessence spray really helps. I just bought some more quintessence spray and when it arrived the bottle had broken and the spray leaked everywhere. The bottle was empty. I sent an email to Eternal Muse with an unboxing video and they responded immediately. Not only did they send me new spray they got back to me almost immediately. I know some people on here have left bad reviews about the packaging being ripped but I promise if the product was damaged in shipping this company will make it right. I do see their point that the packaging is just a box meant to protect the product. Anyway I know they're a small business and you can see the care they take in everything from customer service, to making sure their products are top notch and taking the little extra steps like packaging so beautiful the customers are upset when the box arrives ripped. Highly recommend this company!

I’ve ordered from this company 3x…I have 2 sizes of the heatless curlers and the bun bons. Their packaging is beautiful! On my 3rd order I even received a bag to store my items in. Highly recommend!

These heatless curlers are unbelievable!! The curls are so beautiful and last so well for me. The only curler I have managed to use - when they say it’s comfy, they mean it! Their customer service team is also so lovely and so quick with their responses. I had many questions before ordering and they went above and beyond to help. Thank you !

Good afternoon, I've just had a big problem. I received the Arion curling iron yesterday, which I bought from your website, and it arrived with a clearly defective seam. I sent you photos yesterday via email to prove it, and they refuse to take responsibility for the return. I find it very unfair that they want me to pay for the return of an item with a manufacturing defect. I've placed three orders on your website, and I'm very dissatisfied with your customer service. When I buy something, they respond immediately, but when there's a problem, they don't respond appropriately. It's understandable that a company might make a mistake when shipping an item; it can happen to anyone. But refusing to take responsibility for the error is unacceptable.

Buenas tardes, acabo de tener un gran problema, he recibido el rizador arion ayer que lo he comprado en su página web y viene con la costura claramente defectuosa, les envié ayer las fotos para demostrárselo por email y no quieren hacerse cargo de la devolución, me parece muy injusto que quieran que pague yo la devolución de un artículo que tiene un error de fabricación, he hecho 3 pedidos en su página web y estoy muy descontenta con la atención al cliente para comprar contestan enseguida pero cuando hay problema no se responde de la forma adecuada porque que una empresa pueda llegar a cometer un error al enviar el artículo es aceptable a todo el mundo le puede pasar, pero que no se hagan cargo del error no es aceptable.

The item with gift box arrived damaged. They don't want to offer a solution unless I pay back everything including shipping costs. That’s my last order

The box arrived torn and damaged because it serves as a transport box, horrible! And the service is not fast at all and it is bad without a solution. I do not recommend.

Have ordered from Eternal Muse several times and genuinely love everything about the brand. Their products are wonderful, the curlers are incredibly soft and give such beautiful results.

Have been using eternal muse for a while now (my favourite is the original curler and the mist). I’ve recently ordered the shampoo which is also amazing on my coloured hair. On my latest order of the bun bons unfortunately when they arrived one of them had a broken clip. I raised a query on the website with the details and the team got back to me so quickly offering to send a replacement. I even received a follow up emailed confirming when the replacement had been sent along with tracking info. I’ve always loved the products but never had reason to contact the customer service team but the service I received from Sicily & Jemma was amazing. Couldn’t recommend enough from someone who has been doing heatless curls for nearly 6 years now and tried so many eternal muse really is the best.

Do not buy from this company unless you are 100% sure that you are ordering the correct product and will not have to return as they’ll make up a lie and won’t accept it.

I bought a heatless curler and when it arrived, I realised it was too small as soon as I opened the box. I reached out to their team who said I could return it, I just needed to cover the cost of the postage which I was fine with. I did this, the return took ages to be processed and then once it was, they told me they would not refund me as they’ll curler had been used, it had not. They said it smelt like perfume and had marks on, I knew that it didn’t because I’d barely taken it out of the box! Convenient that it ‘smelt like perfume’ as this couldn’t be proved. From other reviews, it appears they do this quite a lot.

After a lot of back and forth, I eventually gave in and paid for the item to be returned back to me (so I’m now back when I started with a product I don’t want!) and guess what, there is absolutely no perfume smell at all. It smells like it’s fresh out of the factory.

Avoid this company, useless and careless customer service, if you can even call it that. Very disappointing.

The concept works, and the results were fine while it lasted — nothing to make the price point worth the it, but their customer service was advertised as being exceptional. Unfortunately, the durability is poor. The cheaply made plastic clip broke after a few months of normal use, and since it is essential to the system, the entire product becomes unusable. I purchased this in November and the clip broke in March. I used it maybe once every 2 weeks. There is no option to purchase replacement parts, which makes this feel poorly designed for long-term use given the price. Jenna from “Customer Care” confirmed there is no replacement available outside warranty, and they took a long time replying to my email. I would not recommend this product. There are much cheaper alternatives that don’t shut the customer out like this over something so small and easily fixable.
