J'ai reçu un premier rappel, puis un deuxième (majoré évidemment), pour une amende que j'ai pourtant payée et ce malgré ma réclamation faite en ligne sur leur site.
C'est d'ailleurs extrêmement compliqué de faire une réclamation en ligne, et il n'y a aucune confirmation de réception.
L plus amusant, c'est que j'ai été verbalisé une deuxième fois, le même jour et au même endroit, alors que j'avais payé l'horodateur !!!
EPC PLC sont des escrocs.

Réelle mafia ici, amende à 7h36, la zone est payante entre 9h et 17h. Seule réponse : erreur dans l'heure du contrôle. Aucune preuve, rien. Puis dossier clos car j'ai payé l'amende, a t on autre choix que de payer si on ne veux pas se retrouver devant les huissiers? Circulez il n'y a rien à voir

Extremely poor customer service and an incredibly frustrating experience.

I already had an active subscription/account that I believed would automatically cover this tunnel charge, so naturally I had no reason to think an additional manual payment was required.

To make matters worse, I live in Denmark and the notice letter arrived far too late due to international postal delays, meaning I did not receive it until after the payment deadline had already passed.

I contacted EPC multiple times and explained both that I had an active subscription and that the letter arrived late. Unfortunately, every response was automated or simply sent me back to the same contact route, making it impossible to speak to a real person or have the case properly reviewed.

Despite trying repeatedly to resolve the issue, I was left with no real support and eventually felt forced to pay the fine just to stop the repeated notices.

Very disappointing service and a terrible customer experience.

My God. It's inconceivable these illiterate people are in business. Sham or shambolic? Idiocy? You tell me. Here's the story... Toll of £3.52 not paid (unseen as we drove through the barrier). Fine of £7.22 issued. Paid £7.21 two days later not noticing typo. One penny missing -£0.01. New fine imposed 6 weeks later £53.54. Wrote sending all documents and proof of payment from bank statement via overnight Registered Post under Signature, asking how to pay the £0.01 due. Six weeks later I receive a letter telling me my payment was for another case number. Nope. Only one reference number. Sent another overnight Registered Letter under Signature with all documents highlighting in yellow the identical case number. No response. A month later, an updated fine issued for £169.79 Toll Violation Notice. Attempted to contact them via their portal using the case number and to upload the correspondence via zip - received an error message 'File cannot be accessed nor found, and could have been deleted'. Then tried to phone them, pressed the Option 1 for disputes - phone went dead. Came here and found an address for the company on this site, and sent a formal complaint again outlining all above and the zip file insisting I am told how to pay the penny. Three days later, I receive an email addressed to David Exxx Fxxxxly (where are you, David?). My case had been addressed and I should click the link to see the reply. Clicking gives me a page with the case number which requires my license plate number. Nope. It tells me to put in my number -again and again and again (with and without the UK spacing). Nope. Email gone back. I'm wondering if there's a case for harassment here even though it's occurring at the hands complete imbeciles. Anybody?

They claimed I had a date of contravention in the UK that was actually a date I was at home in the USA.
Any court would throw this claim out.

mi e' arrivata una multa dell'11/08/25 per mancanza vignetta peccato che l'avessi comprata.detto questo per non avere rotture e perche ' a distanza di 6 mesi la vignetta non ce l'ho piu'ho cercato di pagare con carta di credito ma e' praticamente impossibile da sempre errore

Meine Freundin parkte am 10.7.25 mit meinem Auto Ungarn, ohne zu wissen, dass es sich um eine Kurparkzone handelt ... ich bekam Ende Feb.26 bekam ich eine "letze Mahnung" (137,90) das ist exteme Abzocke!! Das gleiche Vergehen kostet in Österreich knapp über 40euro! Wollt nachfagen ob meine am 7.3.26 getätige Überwesung geklappt hat! Ärgerlich ist, dass die auf dem Scheiben angebene Tel.Nr. nicht stimmt, und unter epcplc.com war auch kein Kontalt möglich!!

Même problème rencontré par une personne âgée pour une infraction non commise en aout 2025. Courrier de contestation adressé a EPC PLC en vain car 1ere relance vient d'arriver. Donc maintenant courrier relatant les faits adressé au Procureur de la République.

j'ai reçu deux rappels de payement d'amendes pour stationnement à Bruxelles ! la 1ere est arrivée six mois après la date de stationnement ... je ne comprends pas et puis un rappel tout de suite ? j'ai douté de l'existence réelle de cette entreprise, ils ont l'air d'etre des faux - quelqu'un peut me prouver qu'ils ramassent vraiment les payement des contraventions ? c'est chelou cette histoire ... j'ai payé pour etre tranquille mais bon j'ai des doutes !

Habe am Hafen Bergen geparkt und da es beim Bezahlen und zugehörigem Kennzeichen kein Umlaut gibt statt FÜ.... FUE eingegeben. Diese Zahlung wurde nicht anerkannt. Habe von zu Hause aus VestPark angeschrieben und meinen Kontoauszug zur Zahlung beigefügt und auch alles erläutert. Habe heute eine Zahlungsaufforderung von 6,80 € jetzt 81,52 € erhalten. Die Zahlungsaufforderung kommt auf Deutsch, Ruft man an, verstehen Sie einen nicht. E- Mail gibt es nicht, nur Fax - wer hat das heute noch?

even when they already dismissed the toll once they just send out a new one for the same road on the same MC the same day, and try with a lower price for the toll.
also you cannot call them if you try you just get 5 options that you can select and they all tell you to write on the webpage.

we where a group of 14 motorcycles we all got the first letter. all had it dismissed, and at least 10 of us have gotten a new one again.

Betray and not trustworthy. No explanations and they make it really hard to contact anybody.

I'm adamant I already paid the toll on both of the journeys I received notices for. Not my fault your systems don't work. Companies like this are disgusting and engineered to profit from people's mistakes.

Ho ricevuto qualche giorno fa una multa da più di 130 euro per non aver pagato la Vignetta in Ungheria, ad agosto 2025 quindi circa 5 mesi e mezzo fa. Peccato che la mia macchina NON abbia mai varcato i confini dell' Italia. Ora farò denuncia alle autorità italiane per targa clonata. Non solo, dalla foto inviata con la multa è chiaro che l' auto fotografata sia di modello e colore diverso dalla mia. Ora che faccio???
