Breathtaking
What a brilliant company. Ordering process was very easy, George was so caring and professional and the engraved tags exceeded expectation in every way. I very rarely write reviews- something has to be really exceptional to motivate me to do it and in all honesty I wish I could give them ten stars.

Fantastic Engraved Memories bracelet purchase experience.
My experience of ordering a photo embossed bracelet with inscription, to honour the memory of my deceased daughter, was good.
The bracelet did not disappoint. The finished product was amazing in all aspects. The bracelet was delivered within the expected time, along with a “best wishes” note. I wear the bracelet with pride.

Haven't heard anything since paying
Haven't heard anything since paying for the bracelet. No idea where it is or if it's even coming. Suspect this is a scam website as no one responds to emails and you have to download an app to try and progress chase but the app is full of adverts asking for personal data. Would think twice about coming here based on my experience so far. Very disappointed

George is an absolute star. I made an error when ordering I used my old shop account and it was registered to my previous address. Parcel was sent back to engraved memories. Quick telephone call to explain my error and George said no problem we will resend it once it arrives back with him. Amazing service

We’re genuinely surprised by your review, as we’ve had no message or contact from you at all prior to this. We always encourage our customers to reach out if there’s ever an issue—we’re here to help and resolve things fairly.
That said, we always follow the positioning instructions provided at checkout (or do our best to make sure the image is well placed if no instructions are given). If something was unclear or needed adjustment, a quick message would have allowed us to sort it easily before posting a negative review.
Please feel free to get in touch directly—we’re always happy to help.

Needs to improve on Customer Service
The product is really amazing, just loved it however the company needs to work on their communication with the customer. I have to email them several times in order to get the product.

Glad to hear you loved the product—that means a lot to us!
Just to clear things up, we did let you know we were out of stock and there’d be a bit of a wait. Messaging us every day doesn’t make the stock arrive any faster (we wish it did!), and it actually slows things down for everyone a bit.
We’re a small team doing our best to keep up with orders and messages, and we always try to be upfront when there’s a delay. Appreciate your patience and support!
