Lovely sign
Lovely sign
Was happy with the sign but would have been better if the drill hole wasn't where the last letter was located.

I truly wish there was an option to…
I truly wish there was an option to rate below one star. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing — the main items from my order were cancelled without any prior notice, and I was informed only after a long delay. The items I eventually received were not worth the price I paid. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience, and I would not recommend this seller based on my recent order.

Hi there — I’m really sorry to hear about your disappointment with this order.
As soon as our supplier informed us that the necklace was out of stock, we reached out to let you know right away and offered alternatives. I’m genuinely sorry that you weren’t happy with the remaining items — that’s never the experience we want our customers to have.
Please contact me directly so I can make this right for you — whether that’s a replacement, refund, or another solution that you’re happy with.
Still waiting for order
I ordered a pendant, but the website doesn't indicate that the items are not shipped directly, but from another country (I'm guessing China). After a week, when I contacted the shipper, they replied that the order would be shipped within a few days. When I asked to cancel the order because I couldn't wait that long since it was a gift, I received an infomation message saying that wasn't possible. They suggested changing the delivery address, which, after asking about the delivery date, went unanswered. I've been waiting over a week for a response from customer service and over two weeks for the ordered goods.

Hi there — I’m really sorry for the frustration here, especially with it being a gift.
We can see that the pendant has now been delivered. When you asked about changing the delivery address we replied and waited for the new details, but didn’t receive them, so to avoid further delay we dispatched the order to the original address. But unfortunately we cannot cancel orders that are already being processed.
For clarity: we sometimes use trusted fulfilment partners to ship certain items, but all orders are managed by us and covered by our customer care. If anything isn’t as expected, please message us directly with your order number and we’ll help right away — whether that’s arranging a return/exchange or anything else needed to make this right.
I have not received my order yet :(

Very satisfied
I bought an engraved keychain with the date that me and my girlfriend got together. I'm very satisfied over how good quality the engravement was. I just have one pointer, the marking of the date makes it look like we got together on a sunday but we got together on a monday. Other than that I am very satisfied. Thank you!

Anniversary gift
I can not recommend Engraved Memoirs enough. I was looking for an anniversary present for my husband, and my first purchase did not suit him. This company was incredibly helpful, understanding, and organised an additional gift with no additional cost to me. The final product, an engraved necklace, was exceptional, and my husband is delighted with it. I will definitely be using them for all my future engraving needs. Thank you, team Engraved Memories. Your friendly and customer-focused attitude, along with your craftsmanship, is valued especially in today's market. Thank you so much.

An excellent service but product could do with an upgrade.
Order to delivery only took 6 days of my Black, Personalised Grave Marker "Rose Bowl."
As with previous one which was unfortunately destroyed by a grounds person and his strimmer the only shortcoming is the holed plate on top. Due to not being able to secure it a search throughout the cemetery is required to locate it's whereabouts after any strong winds.
