Paid for a game told it would be delivered within 30 minutes. 2 hours later no messages received at all. Messaged customer services and was ignored. Not a good experience at all. Still haven't received any work back on the order.

Oui, après l'achat du jeu, vous pouvez le télécharger et l'installer sur votre PS5 en utilisant le compte fourni. Une fois l'installation terminée, vous pourrez vous reconnecter à votre compte PSN personnel et jouer sans problème ; vous n'aurez pas besoin de racheter le jeu.
De plus, le PDF qui vous a été envoyé après l'achat contient des instructions détaillées pour le téléchargement et l'installation. Vous ne devriez donc rencontrer aucun problème.
Le compte partagé sert uniquement au téléchargement du jeu et ne donne pas accès à votre compte PSN personnel. Par conséquent, votre compte ne risque pas d'être compromis.
