Have used this Company several times for both Vertical and Venetian style Blinds, Ordering the items on line is Straightforward and Clear instructions on how to Measure up correctly, Online Payment is Quick and Safe.
Communication via Email is Prompt informing of Order Acceptance and again when Blinds are ready to Dispatch.
No issues with Item Delivery as they use a Quality Delivery Company.
Quality of Blinds is Excellent and I would consider Cost to be acceptable, Blinds Vertical or Venetian are Easy to fit even for someone with Limited DIY knowledge.

I ordered the blinds and the dispatch was extremely delayed. After contacting by email they told me it would be delivered soon. After receiving the blinds I found out they had sent the wrong measurements. I spoke to them on the phone and emailed saying that the blinds are unusable and don’t even fit the smallest window in my house. They told me I would have to pay — told me it was a discounted rate but the price is way too much. Not happy at all! And I won’t be using this service again

Long delay in receiving the goods. Blinds not quite fitting despite supplying accurate measurements to the company.

Ordered a blind ,cause my measurements were incorrect it didn't fit ( to big ). Phoned the helpline told me to return it with correct measurements & they will sort it. Gave me a site for a cheap courier. Sent it off came back about a week later ,blind now fits. No extra payment for my mistake. Brilliant customer service, brilliant company. Definitely recommend this company 👌.

Chose from three samples which were sent out quickly.I received my made to measure blinds without noticing it was damaged as the packaging was not so badly broken.l sent proof pictures and a video to English blinds.l also made calls.l was reassured l will be sent a replacement which l received in some days.lt did take more than a week but think its fair considering it has to be made again.l love them and the top quality is as expected.Last delivery communication was not as the first but overall pleased.Will recommend,thank you.

After ordering quite a few blinds for my customers always been happy with quality delivery time & fit
However on this occasion blind has far too many herringbone tapes which are thin quality my customer was replacing feels she’s living in a prison looks bad from inside & out I agree with her
The original blind not made by yourselves had 5 x tapes & worked perfectly well
I manufacture some quite heavy Roman blinds with padded blackout lining of similar size & no way need 8 cords
Dissatisfied as this is costing my business to keep my customer happy
Won’t be ordering again as again

Excellent service from English blinds. The blinds fit well and were easy to put up (by my husband). The quality of them is excellent.

The blind quality is poor. I ordered two of the same size and one came slightly bigger and didn't fit the recess. The pull cords don't work either. I emailed on 10th May asking for helping with them and got no response. I submitted a form for a refund and did finally get a response in June but no actual solution and no response after responding to Gemma asking for help with th cords.
I do not recommend this company and will be submitting a change back with my bank for faulty products.
Do not buy from here, if you have any issues you will be left with no help from them at all.

I had a very disappointing experience with customer service. I tried calling for assistance, but before I could even finish my sentence, the representative told me he didn’t understand and asked me to send an email instead. He then abruptly ended the call.
I called back hoping to explain more clearly, but the same person raised his voice at me and repeated that I should write an email because he couldn’t understand what I was saying. He didn’t give me a proper chance to speak or explain my issue, which made me feel very uncomfortable and upset.
Good customer service should involve patience and basic respect, and unfortunately, this was not my experience.

I needed very long but narrow Venetian blinds. Extremely impressed with the ease of ordering, the price and the quality.
I needed the blinds quickly and contacted customer service several times as I was concerned delivery would not be in time to complete the project. They replied very quickly each time and they were delivered within the time frame. Big thanks to the team at English Blinds! I will definitely be recommending using your products again. Antonia

Blind is good, as expected. Production and delivery did take a while. The order was a standard roller blind, have used other companies who are a lot quicker to despatch.

I ordered the faux wood blinds, really good quality, one of the the few available blind businesses that make blinds larger than 2000mm which is a massive plus.

I have another order to place when ready, installation is very easy, and although I've only installed one due to needing to replace some windows, nothing is damaged so far and delivery was 5 business days for me.
