Very happy with my purchase was kept informed from order to delivery

Well made blinds exactly as ordered and came well packaged. All the fixings were included except plugs but were easy to install.

Brilliant fitted perfectly but there were no fixings as described and as you have always provided in the past but we used or own. The vertical blind though looks stunning very happy, we have bought all our blinds for the house from yourselves and they always fit perfectly so a big thank you for that

A good quality blind, well made from good materials. Blacks out light very well, although there is inevitably a slight leakage of light around the edges. Installation was very straightforward - just needed 4 holes drilled with a power tool. Delivery was slow - 10 days from order to despatch - but this was for a made to measure product. Very pleased with result - recommended

I found English Blinds randomly on line during a Google search and they had a sale on for a fairly standard made to measure waterproof blind which I had seen on several other sites. They were the cheapest and the instructions on the website made the measuring process very easy and the tracking info was updated as the process went on in the factory and the blind came in about 10 working days. Very happy with the whole process and with the quality of what was delivered.

Sizing, quality and speed of delivery are all good. It would be helpful if early on in the ordering process it was made clear that the brackets for the veritcal blinds are very shallow so fixing screws need to be wafer head ie have only minimal head height.

We were recommend English Blinds by our neighbours and I am not disappointed. They were easy to measure and order. They arrived on time and were so simple to install. They look amazing and are of good quality. I will be using them again. Thank you.

Excellent service, good communication, website really easy to use to create custom blinds. Really easy to install, paid a little extra for the nail-less installation but was well worth it as they literally toik a minute each to install. Great quality, work well. Would definitely recommend

No idea if I am happy with my English Blinds as it is now three weeks since I ordered them and there is still no sign! I was initially told delivery 5-7 days from ordering, I have been told they have been made (1/7/26)but I have not yet received them but I have received this e-mail asking me to rate them! Not impressed so far!

Sent wrong size said it was my fault would not recommend

I absolutely love my new blinds! They fit perfectly, very reasonable cost, were relatively easy to fit (issues were our end!) and have made so much difference to the temperature in our kitchen in this hot weather. Only issue was didn't get an email when they were dispatched and came on 2 different days so a brief moment of panic thinking I'd only got half the order! All well when the others arrived the following day

Have used this Company several times for both Vertical and Venetian style Blinds, Ordering the items on line is Straightforward and Clear instructions on how to Measure up correctly, Online Payment is Quick and Safe.
Communication via Email is Prompt informing of Order Acceptance and again when Blinds are ready to Dispatch.
No issues with Item Delivery as they use a Quality Delivery Company.
Quality of Blinds is Excellent and I would consider Cost to be acceptable, Blinds Vertical or Venetian are Easy to fit even for someone with Limited DIY knowledge.

I ordered the blinds and the dispatch was extremely delayed. After contacting by email they told me it would be delivered soon. After receiving the blinds I found out they had sent the wrong measurements. I spoke to them on the phone and emailed saying that the blinds are unusable and don’t even fit the smallest window in my house. They told me I would have to pay — told me it was a discounted rate but the price is way too much. Not happy at all! And I won’t be using this service again

Long delay in receiving the goods. Blinds not quite fitting despite supplying accurate measurements to the company.
Quality of the goods is good.
