Energy Advice Line Limited Arvostelua

After calling a few companies for help in finding a business elec contract I was at the end of my tether until i spoke to Liam. I knew straight away that he would try his best to help me, he was a breath of fresh air. There was no hard sell and he doesn't bombard/hassle you trying to flog you all sorts of different products (unlike some other companies that I rang). He replies to emails on the same day and is always on hand if you have any questions. I would have no hesitation in recommending Liam and in giving him a five star review.

I have used energy advice line for several years now. I have always found them to be helpful at providing the options and prices available. I have dealt with Matt for several years and he has always provided an excellent service, responding to requests to seek out renewable energy quotes to help meet our green agenda.

Matthew was very helpful as always, very pleased with the service

Hi we have moved a few Utility Suppliers around a few different towns and Matt McAdam has been so helpful and supportive through this process.
He has taken the majority of the stress out of it for me and being in the NHS at the moment we didn't need that worry on top.

Thank you Matt Channel View Medical Group Tracey Hughes

Quick and efficient. Tom was very knowledgeable and was clear about the possibility of changing suppliers.

Very helpful in all of our dealings. Many thanks

Excellent Service and advice from Liam as usual.

Tom has been trying to contact me over the last few weeks as he was concerned the rising cost of energy. He was very helpful and has started the process of transferring our supply .. I feel confident that any issues that could arise will be managed by Tom Jackson .. thank you

Easy and efficient. Would recommend. Also, no long wait to get through on the phone.

Good communication, and always kept up-to-date on the status of our church gas and electricity contracts

Great service
Tom Jackson was very helpful, I have used Energy Advice several times before and will use again.

Tom is efficient, responsive and listens to you. I will always turn to Energy Advice Line for renewal advice.

This was my first time dealing with EAL and Tom (Jackson), our advisor, was pleasant to deal with. Making suggestions on how to make the process easier and quickly making amendments so we had the right set-up.

Very helpful, I have fixed my business energy with Tom Jackson Account Manager every three years. Always gives the cheapest offer. Very happy easy to work with.

Huge thanks to Matt who made the whole process of switching our business energy supplier over easy and stress free. He was clear and concise throughout as well as very informative and any queries I had were answered quickly and in a way I could easily understand.

Matthew was informative and knowledgeable, able to answer any query I had. Very easy to discuss and found the best option for us.

very helpfull service from Callum Nicholas

I have used them for several years for my business energy, and a recent poor gas installation experience by a third (and I think there was a fourth) party has been handled professionally by Liam @ EAL. He has had our best interests at heart and a lot of other companies could take a leaf out of their book. Well done! It also makes my life easier as any other similar company that calls now, I can just say never mind, EAL have my back :-)

When renewing our 3 year contract it became apparent that a reduction in electricity consumption due to investing in energy conservation measures precluded a proposed renewal with our current supplier. Matt found an attractively priced 24 month contract from an alternative supplier.
