Dear Mrs Dorothy Spicer,
We are sorry to hear that you have been left feeling frustrated by your experience, as we always aim to provide a professional and straightforward service to all our customers.
We certainly do not want any customer to feel that their role as the lead booker has been overlooked and we understand how frustrating it must have been to experience difficulties registering in your own name.
As soon as we were made aware of the issue, we took immediate steps to resolve it. We corrected the passenger details on your booking, amended the invoice accordingly and issued new booking documentation reflecting the updated information. We acted promptly to ensure the necessary corrections were made as soon as the matter was brought to our attention.
Whilst we appreciate that the initial situation caused frustration, we believe it is important to highlight that we took direct action to rectify the issue without delay. We remain committed to providing transparent, professional service and addressing any concerns our customers raise as quickly and effectively as possible.
Kind regards,
The Sovereign Cruise Club
