The gentleman was so helpfull in answering questions that I wanted to be answered ss a first time company owner he was very polite and understanding and very professional in helping me to decide in the insurance that I have now got.

I found i4me online and it offered me exactly what I needed and wanted. I filled out their form and received a quote in no time. A few days later I received a call asking if I had any questions. Unfortunately, I hadn’t had a chance to really look the quote over yet and told them so. They said that’s fine, they would wait a few days before calling again. That happened a few times until I finally said I would contact them if I had any questions, and finally yesterday (almost a month later) I finally did! I called, they answered all my questions, and I decided it truly was what we needed for our new flat! Thank you for the service, the kindness of your staff and your good price!

Unfortunately I had to make a claim 4 years ago and the service is received was brillant no hassle at all that is why I am still there customer great service.

Very helpful, polite staff and a competitive price for policy.
I did however have an issue with the website, twice it wasn't working as it should. That said I did have a call from a member of staff shortly afterwards and they were aware I was having an issue with the site and I could continue with the quotation over the phone.
