Friendly gym. Great choice of classes that you can book on easily as it's a large studio.

Great, social community that encourages you, friendly staff, bathrooms and showers are very well kept, if a machine is broken I notice it get fixed within 2 weeks the only downside I could possibly find is the fact there is no hip abduction machine but that could be me just nitpicking

Trained in this gym for 3 years never had much issues bad equipment but did the job last week I left 1kg dumbbells upstairs so the next morning I went in for my normal session and was met by the Assisant manager cathal only new enough there u better start putting ur weights back then start cursing and swearing infront of everyone then rang the Garda to remove me but previous to this I always caught ur man following me everywhere I went in the gym like a jealous wife man is a freak and needs help a crack head working in a gym

Desde el minuto uno, este gimnasio deja mucho que desear. Hacen una publicidad muy agresiva para captar usuarios y te bombardean constantemente con ofertas. "Paga 10 € y serás socio fundador, solo durante marzo"... pues bien, esa oferta sigue vigente a día de hoy, ya que se trata de dinero adelantado que se llevan sin ofrecer nada a cambio de momento.

Cuando preguntas por las fechas de apertura o por posibles retrasos, no te dan ninguna información, aunque era bastante evidente que los habría. Me hicieron firmar un contrato de socio fundador que nunca pude leer previamente. Me explicaron las condiciones de palabra: que tendría una cuota "WOW" durante un año, posiblemente más tiempo, y que no se realizaría ningún cargo en mi cuenta. Sin embargo, para la primera cuota sí te solicitan el número de cuenta bancaria. ¿Suena sospechoso? Pues así fue.

Me pusieron una pequeña tablet delante para firmar un contrato que nunca vi en papel. Me aseguraron que me lo enviarían posteriormente. Pasó una semana y todavía no lo había recibido. Tuve que solicitarlo yo misma y, por desgracia, no lo revisé en profundidad. Consejo para cualquiera: revisad siempre todo antes de firmar. En el contrato aparece explícitamente como la cuota WOW tiene duración de un mes, posterior a esto, pueden subir la cuota cuando estimen oportuno.

Por circunstancias de la vida, conozco a bastante gente y me llegó información de que no iban a poder terminar las obras a tiempo, que la fecha prevista de apertura era inviable y que el retraso sería de, al menos, tres meses. Ante esto, pregunté directamente cuándo abrirían y no obtuve respuesta. Días después me contestaron afirmando que las obras avanzaban según lo previsto y que, en caso de cualquier retraso, lo comunicarían oportunamente. Una respuesta que, visto lo ocurrido después, demuestra muy poca transparencia.

Decidí solicitar mi baja porque no quiero formar parte de un gimnasio que, desde el primer momento, transmite una sensación de falta de sinceridad. Me gestionaron la baja el 8 de mayo, pero no se haría efectiva hasta el 1 de junio, por lo que seguía figurando como socia durante todo ese tiempo. Increíble.

La semana pasada enviaron un comunicado a los socios —incluyéndome a mí, pese a haber solicitado la baja— informando de que la apertura se retrasaba hasta mediados de verano, con una fecha estimada para septiembre. Sin embargo, no han publicado nada al respecto en sus redes sociales, algo que resulta bastante llamativo y que da la impresión de que no les interesa informar públicamente de estos retrasos.

En definitiva, una experiencia horrible sin haber llegado siquiera a pisar sus instalaciones.

Lovely local gym with approachable, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great classes- I attend the yoga and pilates here- never disappointed with regular helpful teachers. Great value for money.

Staff are friendly and very helpful. Within my first week ive done the mobility class, circuits and strength classes. Have signed up for next week's classes. Niamh

My trainer Charlotte L is kind encouraging and motivating. She always knows when to push and when not to push!

Really enjoying the classes, Metcon with Charlotte Monday, Grit with Nyail Tuesday and Andy on Fridays, Luca Hybrid Thursdays. If you want tough classes then these are them. And whats good is that they are early morning.

Recent member - I go for the early morning classes. Really enjoying the Grit class, especially Friday as the instructor Andy is really friendly and helpful. Always leave feeling energetic ready for the weekend 😊

The gym used to be very good, but unfortunately it has declined significantly in recent times. The staff are excellent and do their utmost to help members and keep the place running smoothly. However, the owner seems largely uninterested in maintaining the gym and, in many ways, appears to be hindering the staff’s efforts.

Membership prices were increased with promises of new machines and a better atmosphere, but neither has materialised. The gym is now overcrowded, with more members constantly being onboarded despite limited space and facilities. To make matters worse, there is little to no ventilation and no air conditioning, making the environment uncomfortable, especially during busy periods. It gives the impression that profit is being prioritised over the customer experience and staff wellbeing.

I have been to the gym twice (Friday and Saturday) closed both times with no explanation can't find out what's going on have emailed and sent messages but haven't had a reply
I've just got back from a 2 week holiday and have no idea what's going on

I have not used a gym in 23 years. I was incredibly nervous, and have a lot of shame/embarrassment about my fitness. I was made to feel incredibly welcome. My induction (with Craig) was great and he put me at ease and gave excellent demos about the equipment. Introduced me to some other members of the gym, and checked in when I was leaving.

The equipment seems great (from my limited knowledge and zero experience).

Glad I joined.

I love the place, everyone is very nice, but what I love the most are the yoga classes and the teacher Tracy ,she is great!

Everything is fine but it's dead no music to liven up the place, its so low I feel like I'm shopping, it's a gym higher up the music, and when there's classes that's when they higher the music 🤨 they need to do something about this in balbriggan also same music about time they need to change 3 years and still the same song being played, I wouldn't mind giving a free play list of songs since my brother😂😂😂

I signed up as a member a week ago and never regretted it.The class are well structured and meets your needs in areas that you wish to target during the lesson. The best time to use it is in the morning as the evening becomes pretty full.The gym is clean and well maintained. Laura and her colleague working last week were very welcoming and doing such an amazing work too.
