Everyone there is so friendly, always greeted with a smile. The people who own it take the time to know your name and chat with you

Were difficult about cancelling my membership - they billed me on a different day each month compared to the contract so although I cancelled before they billed me, they made me pay for 2 extra months. If that was not bad enough, I just saw on my bank account that they hadn't cancelled my direct debit and were about to take out a third extra payment in 2 days time. They were completely unhelpful - don't trust them with your money!

What happened to our local gym? It's unrecognisable! Rude manager, the assistant manager or whatever his title is- intimidates people... Equipment doesn't work and takes ages to fix. It's filthy, facilities are really poorly managed. People who could, left. And I'm next.

I love attending Energie Fitness Bridgend. They have a great selection of equipment, a great gym community and fabulous classes run by Callie and the rest of the team. It’s always clean and welcoming and would recommend to everybody! The price is very reasonable for the high quality provided.

I've been going to this gym for the past year and a half. All the staff members are lovely, they are always happy to help and provide great gym advice. The equipment is decent and they recently added new machines. Great location too.

I’ve been attending this gym for over two years and have always found the staff to be friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful. Olivia, in particular, is a fantastic trainer who brings great encouragement and energy to every class, although all of the team deserve recognition for how supportive they are.

The only negative aspect, and unfortunately quite an important one, is that much of the equipment is outdated and frequently out of order, particularly the treadmills and spin bikes. Updating and maintaining the equipment more regularly would make a huge difference to the overall experience.

Friendly gym. Great choice of classes that you can book on easily as it's a large studio.

Great, social community that encourages you, friendly staff, bathrooms and showers are very well kept, if a machine is broken I notice it get fixed within 2 weeks the only downside I could possibly find is the fact there is no hip abduction machine but that could be me just nitpicking

Trained in this gym for 3 years never had much issues bad equipment but did the job last week I left 1kg dumbbells upstairs so the next morning I went in for my normal session and was met by the Assisant manager cathal only new enough there u better start putting ur weights back then start cursing and swearing infront of everyone then rang the Garda to remove me but previous to this I always caught ur man following me everywhere I went in the gym like a jealous wife man is a freak and needs help a crack head working in a gym
