The Electric Heating Company Ltd Arvostelua

Great service, especially from Mark, Rob, John and the lads.

They've been fixing our boiler, lots of useful phone calls and visits.

Thank you!

As a heating contractor I have always had exceptional service from EHC. Jaquline, John Chris, Rob and the other staff all give a top drawer service.

Tech guys did great and helped us without any issues and saved the day

Thanks

Great service from the technical department in regard to our ehc replacement radiator. Quick turnaround and great communication. Can highly recommend.

The patience, understanding and knowledge, given to and shared with me, on my recent contact with EHC has been excellent. I have communicated with EHC, on a few occasions and have always found EHC to be easy to access and always extremely helpful and courteous. My recent contact, with EHC, stemmed from horrendously complicated issues (not of their making) with my internet service, that had knocked all my internet connections off. EHC, were one of my contacts ,affected. It took a lot of time and patience, to get the issues sorted out. Throughout my contact with EHC I was treated with immense patience and courtesy, by their agent Rob. I cannot praise him enough, for how he put me at ease and helped me navigate, the complex issues I was faced with. In Rob's absence I was, also helped by his colleague John and he, too, was extremely helpful. If a staff 'award scheme' exists I'd put them both up for recognition. Well done EHC.

We have had excellent customer service from the Team, both before and after installation. John in particular has always been keen to help see that we understand and get the best from the system they supplied. Slim Jim boiler with hot water storage tank has been great.

Quick response - excellent service! Logged a request today and got a call today regarding a faulty panel.

John was very helpful - great service.

Fast efficient delivery

We recently used The Electrical Heating Company and were so impressed with the exceptional customer service we received. John in the technical department was amazing! He guided us through the process of adjusting our boiler and was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble – he took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole experience completely stress-free. It’s rare to come across service this good these days, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Thank you, John!

1st class service

I phoned EHC technical department for assistance to downrate my boiler. John couldn’t be more helpful, he talked me through the process & I had the job done in minutes. These EHC boilers are the future of heating if we can get the government to reduce the cost of electricity.

I had an issue with my boiler and spoke to John in the technical department. John dealt with my issue in a professional and extremely helpful manner. He could not be more helpful and was able to resolve my issue. His knowledge and customer service was outstanding.

Ordered a replacement part, dispatched immediately and delivered next day!
