Fantastic service from LRD. Really appreciate the great communication when I enquired about stock availability during a bank holiday weekend. Ordered the GLO Kensington vertical in metallic cooper -gorgeous! And a GLO idox flat vertical in white - brilliant output for the size. The bronze valves for both rads were great too. Prices were very competitive with great offers too. The delivery was quick and on time. Would definitely order from here again and recommend to friends and family. Thanks.

All in all, a great service.
Items were delivered on time and carried directly to where they were needed.
I ordered early so that I had to wait for the plumber, rather than try and get a plumber when it was delivered!
The box around the radiator was damaged on delivery, but as it was so well protected, there was no damage to the radiator itself.
The valves are a great colour match to the rad, however, the decorator's caps are very flimsy nad split when tightened onto the valves when being installed. These are needed as the rad needs to be taken off the wall to facilitate plastering and decorating.

Delivery bonus
The prices are good, delivering to the Isle of Wight was a real bonus with a very speedy service which exceeded expectations and the radiator arrived in perfect condition. It’s just been fitted, looks great and appears to heat up well (time will tell). Would definitely recommend.

Nice rad
Beautiful matt-black radiator was ordered for our new kitchen and it arrived quickly. Really nice finish and good hanging brackets supplied, my only tiny gripe would be the blanking plug and bleed valve were chrome and stuck out like sore thumbs but I was able to pick up a set of matt-black ones from Screwfix for a fiver.
