Great service

I paid a toll for my vehicle in shop I didn't realize that time that they entered wrong registration number and I thought I cleared my payment after few days I got penalties it's made me frustrated and I called to eflow agent is very nice and she solved my problem in minutes and gave me advice for the best way to pay. A Senior technical issue from m50user.

I am an m50 user and was locked out of my account. Despite numerous attempts and lots of frustration over 2 days, i could not reset password. I am
not great at It technology. Finally this evening i made a call for help from eflow and was dealt with by Romil in Cork, who was so patient and who stayed with me on the phone and expertly guided me through each technical steps, I had no knowledge of. He didnt lose patience and was remarkable in sticking with the issue which took up
alot of time. I am now back linked to my eflow account Romil is a credit to eflow. Thanks for a great service.

eFlow is one of the biggest scams

eFlow is one of the biggest scams on the road, just dieing to send you penalties for unsuspecting people. Very easy to pay fine but impossible to check if you were on the bit of road or not. Anyone working for them should be ashamed of themselves.

There are a number of reasons why a penalty may be issued, and the most common one is when a journey is not paid within the required timeframe.

The toll point is located between Junction 6 and Junction 7 on the M50, and drivers can plan their journeys in advance, pay online, at any Payzone outlet, or over the phone on 0818 50 10 50. Registering for an account is the easiest way to avoid penalties, as payments are taken automatically each month.

You can also check your balance online at any time.
This can be done by entering your vehicle registration and the date of travel, or by logging in if you already have an account. If anything seems unclear, our team is always here to help.

If you believe a penalty was issued in error, we will gladly investigate it. We can’t do this through Trustpilot as it’s a public platform, but you can contact us directly through this link and we’ll look into it for you: www.eflow.ie/contact-us.

😡😡👎👎 I recently received an email from Eflow with a bill that seemed higher than usual. When I checked my account I realised I was getting charged for a car which I added to my account which I got a loan of from my brother in law. I was only driving it for a couple of weeks and thought that I would be only charged for it when I drove it as there is cameras taking photos of whoever is driving the vehicle. I came to realise that I am responsible for whoever drives the car which I feel is terrible treatment. I was getting charged for driving this car when I was away on holidays which is a joke, these are a bunch of con artists suiting themselves whenever it suits them. I asked them to check the photos of whoever is driving the car and they said basically they don’t care that I was responsible because I added the car to my account. When you add a vehicle to your account there is no notice or message asking you how long you want to add this car to your account. I’m positive that this has happened to thousands of people, imagine the money these scam artists are making of all those people. I’m leaving these scammers and advise everyone to be aware because they are useless shower of !!!!!

Poor technology implementation. I fill in everything on a page to pay the bill, and then it tells me I've not filled in a field that is not shown or available. Seems like a poorly outsourced solution.

Just be careful I got Scammed on the 03…

Just be careful I got Scammed on the 03 of October I clicked on a website I thought it was Eflow and obviously it wasn’t it looked legit I was paying for a return trip to airport €7.60 everything was good I pressed ok on my Bank to authorize the transaction and it was taking a while so I pressed okay the second time stupidly they took two transactions €160 each time first time in my life I got scammed I felt stupid

Worst customer service I've ever experienced

On 16Sep2025, a payment didn't go through of €86 due to another bill coming out of the account at the same time. I tried to log in for 24 hours to pay and I couldn't access my account.
Morning of 18Sep2025, 8:30 am I rang and your customer service agent sent me my username (I've had the account nearly 10 years..) and offered to take the payment. I made the payment. They told me my tag should work again within 6 hours.
At 5pm the tag still wasn't working, so I rang when I got home. I was advised the payment hadn't gone through. I could see it still pending on my end. Agent #2 helped me log into my account eventually and I paid 86 euro + whatever had been accrued from commuting since (152 euro in total). She advised me the 86 euro would be back in my account in 5 business days.
Today, 21Sep2025, I look at my account and I can see the payment was completed on 19Sep2025. I rang again. Agent #3 advises it'll be back in my bank account in 10 business days??? I say I'd been previously told 5 business days. "We're trained to advise 10 business days". Great.
I'm €86 euro short for the next two weeks. I use the m50 twice daily mon-fri minimum so ye get at least €25 from me every week -excluding fees. I told the agent this was unbelievable and I'd be moving to a different toll tag company - "yes you're fully within your rights to do that, bye"
An absolute shambles of customer service.

*Update 25Sep2025*

Gets worse - the person I spoke to on Sunday 21st ALSO lied to me. "I've processed the refund and it'll be with you in ten business days", two days later I still hadn't received a notification of refund being processed so I reached out over email and was told that it was credit. I've since rang another customer service agent who told me it was still pending on Sunday so it couldn't be processed then. I've closed my account. Good riddance. If this refund isn't processed asap expect to hear from me further.

Please note that it’s important to have sufficient funds in your account so payments can be processed smoothly and your account can remain active. Unfortunately, we are not informed why a payment is declined — this can only be confirmed by your bank. In some cases, a payment may fail if the authorisation process isn’t fully completed.

We’re also sorry to hear about the login issues you faced. If you forget your login details, these can be quickly reset online, and we’ll always be here to guide you through the process if needed.

We understand you were advised that your tag would work again within 6 hours. This was incorrect, and we apologise for that. In most cases it takes up to 24 hours for the tag to be active again on other toll roads, although M50 journeys are charged to the account immediately. We’re sorry for the confusion this caused.

Refunds can take up to 10 business days, depending on the bank. We’re very sorry that you were given different timelines, which understandably added to your frustration. We will make sure this feedback is shared with our team so clearer and more consistent information is provided.

Of course, you are free to move to another provider, but we would very much like to keep you with us — especially as you’ve been a loyal customer for nearly 10 years. To help avoid similar issues in the future, we recommend regularly checking your account details and payment method to ensure everything is up to date.

You can also view and update your account online at any time. For more guidance, please check our FAQ section on the website, which has plenty of useful information.

If you’d like us to review your account in detail and confirm the status of your refund, please reach out directly through our website using the contact form.
