I topped up my account twice this morning, but on both occasions I received an error message; however, the amount was still deducted from my account. This is happening regularly.

I was looking for an update on the quick way to offer a new tag as well to know the status of the returned old tag via the free post. Niamh clarified the status and acknowledged that the new tag had been ordered to reach me in 7 days to my new address.

Have been scammed before by a fake Eflow account. Had to change my card details . Rob was very helpful with this. Unfortunately my wallet was stolen in early Dec and the same issue arose with my account. As Eflow suspended my account, I could not get in to update details. I managed to pay outstanding travel ( or so I thought) and updated card but I still received a penalty notice for a journey on Jan 2nd . I had the misfortune , when I called , to speak to Padraig, or should I say listen to him. He had no interest in what I had to say/ask. He reluctantly put me through to another agent, Javed, after I had asked at least twice.
Javed was able to answer my query immediately and give me the solution and he was polite and pleasant
POOR FORM EFlow. Why are all your agents not capable of customer service.

I called eFlow this morning to cancel my account because I sold my van. I spoke with Deirdre, to whom I provided all the details she requested company information, contact number, and email. Despite giving full information and explaining clearly that I no longer own the vehicle, I was still told the direct debit could not be cancelled and the account could not be closed.
This was a very frustrating experience, and I felt the situation was not handled properly. eFlow needs to improve its customer service process and ensure staff are able to assist customers who need to close accounts after selling their vehicle. I am requesting written confirmation that my account is cancelled and no further payments will be taken.

I paid a toll for my vehicle in shop I didn't realize that time that they entered wrong registration number and I thought I cleared my payment after few days I got penalties it's made me frustrated and I called to eflow agent is very nice and she solved my problem in minutes and gave me advice for the best way to pay.
