I got to purchase the item I wanted at a keen price. It was delivered promptly and in perfect condition

Delivery as stated item as described no issues at all.only worrying part didn't get confirmation email from edel ,but got 1 from Delivery company.

Initial transaction failed, sent an email and got a response the following day. Tried again and received a tracking number through every step. No concerns. Happy with the products.

Fantastic customer services, continuously updated me every step of the way. Plus great value on the item procured.

Great shop, very good deals, good prices, loads of diferent sunglasses! Very happy with this shop! Use this shop- no brainer!

Ordered a pair of sun glasses. Prompt delivery! Would order again from this supplier. Highly recommended.

Excellent website, quick delivery and the glasses I purchased were 33% cheaper then the manufactures website.

Easy and pracrical returns. ordered from them again
highly recommend

Product exactly as advertised. Good tracking of glasses, they arrived bang on time. Highly recommended & ill use them again👓🤓

I received my 'Ray ban liteforce' sunglasses delivery. And when I opened the box, the glasses were all old looking, with rust marks on the sides of the glasses. I immediately emailed 'edel-optics' looking for support or to return the sunglasses and I received an automated email, to say someone will contact me, however nobody ever contacted me 6 days later and I've emailed twice again since. It's a really bad expensive product and bad customer service, these were supposed to be a birthday gift, which is now €160 down the drain... avoid and buy from a proper reputable company instead.

Communication and prompt delivery

Excellent service. Delighted with my glasses.
