My order never arrived and was returned to sender for some reason and despite multiple attempts to contact support I never once received a reply from them. Non of content customer service from these guys so use another website that has proper customer support these guys don't even have the courtesy to reply to their customers.

I'm currently still awaiting the refund too.

Bought Dolce and Gabanna sunglasses as a present for someone. The price was excellent 40% below the retail price in shops in Ireland. The delivery was smooth and quick and easy to follow the shipping online. The glasses came in a D&G box with two types of glasses case inside. Very nicely presented. I would definitely use Edel-optics again.

Made an order on the 5th of March. Received faulty product, glasses are completely crooked and cannot be used. They look like someone has used them before. Contacted customer service the same day I received the product via email. No response from them in 5 days. Called customer service on the 17th of March - again, no answer.

I ordered a pair of sunglasses online a few days ago and input my card details so proceeded to purchase. I used this website based on the number of positive reviews and a assurance my order would be with me by the 10th March which is essential for me as I need them before a trip overseas on the 12th March. However, rather than getting an order confirmation, I received a request to submit a bank transfer online which was odd given I had selected card payment and already given my card details at check out. I completed the transfer which is slowing as completed on my end, but still showing a status of awaiting payment on my Edel-Optics Account. I called them just now and had a terrible interaction with a customer service representative who failed to give me any reassurance on my order. She said it would take up to 3 days for the bank transfer to process and there is nothing she can do - when I advised that there was no information on the possible 3 day processing period and advised I had sent proof of payment, she said there was nothing she could do repeatedly and then proceeded to hang up on me! Brutal customer service and no empathy or understanding to try to find a solution to a problem to expedite the matter or offer express post once the payment is processed to prevent further delay. I only hope someone reads this in customer care and takes a more helpful and sensible approach to getting these glasses to me inside the date time I was advised.
