Eccleston Homes Arvostelua

Martin could not have been more helpful and enthusiastic

Our experience so far with Eccleston Homes has been fantastic. Martin has gone above and beyond to be accommodating and always has a big smile on his face! We look forward to the rest of our journey with you.

Since our first enquiry, the team, especially Rosie have been so helpful. She has gone above and beyond to help us with our search for our dream home.

Sales office, site manager and assistant site manager very helpful and respectful no matter how big or small any issues may be. A lovely home with high quality fittings

Michelle was very knowledgable and helpful

Yvonne at eccleston homes lords fold Rainford was outstanding very friendly, professional, courteous and she is an asset to the building company
Always going that extra mile to help in any way she can
I look forward to the remaining journey with Yvonne’s help until my new build is ready
I would recommend Yvonne she goes above and beyond to give customers a very relaxed journey

I know that I’ve mentioned Yvonne from Lords Fold previously, and in a positive way, but I do feel that she needs a reminder as to how wonderful she has been in making myself and my family welcome whenever we call over to the sales office to check on the progress of our new home. Yvonne always greets you with a smile, and a coffee no matter what kind of day she is having. Thank you Yvonne.

Really helpful, happy, friendly staff. Informative and given all the information needed.

I wanted to thank Yvonne for looking after me on the occasions I called into site and for the customer care you gave, you're a credit to your profession.

The Sales team were very attentive and responded to questions and queries promptly.

Martin Coan has been very helpful and informative throughout our journey with buying our new home, we have been kept in the loop with all relevant information and he is a great guy to deal with.

We're still at the stage of regularly driving by Scholars Place - and checking out how the construction is going...so can't yet comment on finish or after sales service, but, up to now, Eccleston Homes have been a great company to deal with - our contact being Martin. He is really friendly and approachable, seemed genuinely pleased for us when we got the plot we wanted after problems with our initial sale falling through and there is no 'hard sell'. We have been really impressed so far, and are looking forward to our new house being completed in a couple of months.

Really good experience so far!! Keeping us up to date every step of the way, lots of communication!! Really easy to speak to our agent, Martin, whenever we have a question or need to see him. Really helpful and friendly. Loads of information provided along each step.

Amy at Eccleston has been absolutely fantastic so far in our first time buyers journey. Warm, understanding personality & couldn’t do enough to help us- would 100 percent recommend anyone deal with Amy, made it easy for us

Yvonnes kindness and unconditional assistance with assisting us with our needs. The show house in St. Helens is finished to a high standard and worth a visit. We visited a couple of times, and loved Yvonne and her colleagues hospitality and patience.

Went to visit the site after driving in the area. the sales lady Rosie was so helpful eventhough they didn't have any 5 beds, she provided lots of information and I would definitely look into buying an eccleston home in the future as their houses are stunning and the location was beautiful.

You couldn’t find a worst customer service if you were looking for one. This developer has no interest in delivering houses to the standard you pay your house for. You can email them as many times as you want but just get ignored. Unfortunately the issues you can get with your house are pretty important such as drainage. As said in other comments, the customer service is that bad that if you leave a bad comment on trust pilot they chose to ignore you for even longer. A joke.

Our house hunting experience has probably been like many other people recently. You find a house you like and someone pays a lot more and raises the price. You find a development you like but all houses are sold. House prices keep going up month after month until they are out of reach. It’s all very frustrating.
Eccleston homes has been the best experience out of the many developers we visited. This is mainly because instead of telling us to keep refreshing the website for releases, Eccleston will take our names and work off a list. This works so well because you don’t have to worry about missing a release - not everyone has time to sit in front of a computer refreshing the website. The list system was massively appreciated!
Dawn at the Christy Brow development of Eccleston Homes has been exceptional. She assured us that she knew the house type we wanted and would contact us if it was our turn on the list.
Eventually, Dawn emailed us about a house that was available so of course we took it. Throughout the buying process Dawn kept in touch with us and updated us on even minor things. She is polite, friendly and would be happy to answer any questions I had. Overall this has been a very enjoyable home buying experience, thank you Dawn and Eccleston Homes!
